I went last night. Ordered 4 items and waited from 6:14pm to 7:04pm. They had everyone ahead of me asking for refunds. The service was terrible as well. Poor attitudes and piss poor management. This place to be shut down and either retrained, or switched to something else.
Awful service, always out of everything, slow and rude.
The staff at this KFC in Pelzer SC are the most rudest staff that I have ever met. I would never ever recommend to anyone go there. Please do not go! The place sadly needs to shut down.
