The owner/chef suggested he cook us his special which wasn't on the menu and promised if we didn't like it he would fix us something else. It was called Amalfe, made with chicken. “I went to Maple Bakery & Coffee House in Williamston this morning for breakfast! It was my first time and I highly recommend it. I enjoyed the food and coffee. They were moving lots of cars through the drive thru and seemed to have plenty of staff too which kept the wait to a minimum! A++”

“Took a chance on a place we'd never heard of before in a town we don't often visit and were not disappointed. Got the smoked wings as an appetizer - best part of the meal for sure. Crispy outside and still juicy inside. Smoked wings are somewhat rare so it was good to find some we really enjoyed. Pulled pork platter was fine, nothing too remarkable about the BBQ but it wasn't bad. Mac and cheese was meh, pasta cooked too long and not too much flavor in the cheese. My daughter enjoyed the hamburgers. Service was prompt and the food came out very quickly. Planning to come back again to try the wings with different sauces.One other small note... it's called Buffalo Cornbread but that's clearly a bison in their logo. Common mistake, but funny nonetheless.”

“I've been there 3 or 4 times now. Legit bakery. All of the doughnuts I've had have been great. IMO, the real show-stopper is the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Unfortunately, they're not a peanut-free facility. If they were, I'd be there every week. Gave it a 5 star for the atmosphere because it's so laid back. I've felt welcome and relaxed, not rushed, every time I've been there.Parking: It's in a strip mall that used to have a Bi-Lo grocery store. Each spoonful was the perfect mix of textures and flavors, with the crunchiness of the granola and almonds complementing the creamy peanut butter and Nutella, and the marshmallows added a little extra sweetness.Stop in! Boujee Bowls is a gem of a place, combining great location, on-brand aesthetics, and mouth-watering bowls that are as good for you as they are for your taste buds.
