I would give a minus 10..Worst experience ever..Thought I could beat them with the Order..Pull up..wait 45 min for wrong order so I ordered online waited til it said it was ready for pickup, drove over only to be told "No it's not ready going to be 15 minutes to cook chicken"..Going on 30 minutes now with no end in sight.I can't believe the owners allow this to happen..Has to be the worst place ever..

Young male behind counter with black finger nail polish on taking orders putting his nasty fingers inside customers cup who ordered drinks after picking up trash of the floor. He was not wearing gloves. Than after customers said something to him he put gloves on and still handed trash bags and started fixing people food in those same gloves after handling trash and I also had to wait 45 minutes on my order. Last trip here would give them less stars if I could.I ordered dine in but ended up throwing the food away because of the hygiene issues.

Went to drive through at 9 pm. Closing time 1030pm. At 9 pm they were out of chicken and not planning on making anymore. We left and went to Burger King.

Food was not made correct nor did we receive correct food we ordered! Biscuits were hard! Called and they only wanted to correct 2 of the 7 problems. I live 40 mins away not like I'm right around the corner and can come right back. Then said I could come back Saturday for the 2 things what about the rest?I'm so disgusted with this. But on the other hand the cashier was extremely nice when taking our order and the guy that was sticking the kids and straws was very nice

we just live around the block and I’m gonna be honest with you. Normally we decide not to come here because the service of food and atmosphere has not been good for quite a long time but let me say today Miss Amber has changed our minds we are going to come back Once a week now as long as Amber is there! She was fast, very efficient very polite and very enthusiastic to help us with the order. We were in and out with the order to go less than five minutes and the food is hot. !!!!!! Amber is awesome

If I could give them a minus 10 rating I would. We waited almost a hour for our food. The chicken was overly cooked and greasy. The biscuits were doughy. And some of the girls had hair hanging down getting it hung on the equipment. That was absolutely disgusting. Also every order was wrong for the hour I was there. Alot of customers came out of there very unhappy. I know my family and I will never patron that place again. Also the employees in back were arguing with each other. They need to be shut down or get some people in there that really care about what they do .

They should just shut this KFC down honestly. Worst KFC I’ve been to in my 35 yrs of life ..Floors are dirty and sticky. The staff are rude and argumentative just an awful place glad Bojangles is in town…

Stopped by yesterday ordered a 8 pc family meal got home and all thighs one wing and 2legs I was so disappointed cause I truly was ready for the breast Called spoke with Ricky had to make another trip still all thighs one breast and no wings all legs I’m so disappointed I’ll try them one more time until I get my breast and wings

Had one of the best experiences in this store reminded me of the crew I worked with....don't know them all by name but the five that were working today around 130 was absolutely amazing super friendly and made my fastfood experience one to remember ...I will be back and the new dragon fruit freeze..... amazing ?
