I ordered from the Taco Bell side on DoorDash for dinner. Party pack 12 soft shell tacos and got 6 hard and 6 soft. Barely any meat in them. I’m talking pencil thin and cold. I also ordered a crunch wrap supreme and substituted meat for steak. Came with barely any meat and wasn’t steak. This is the WORST fast food restaurant in Williamston/Pelzer area.

Placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving, then had to sit inside for 20 minutes waiting for my order. No one tried communicating with me, no one apologized for my extremely long wait. Then I get my food only to find it's mostly cold. They gave me no utensils , napkins, or sauces. Very unprofessional location I will never visit again.

The cashier was so sweet and professional. . However , when ordering food at a Restaurant, the last thing you want to see is someone’s makeup on the counter where they sit your food. It’s so unclean to have your eye makeup and lash curler right on the food counter. You guys are really slacking I. So many areas. It takes way too long to get anything to eat and it’s honestly ridiculous this had been an issue for the last 15 years. Do better. Get better management or something. Maybe just shut down all together.

Food was packaged crazy box coulnt even shut on a regular two pc because everything was thrown together manager was being nasty to her employees i substituted my coldslaw for mac and they charged me extra for a seprate side order and still didnt get it in my bag!!! Worst kfc ever

I've had many bad experiences at this KFC/Taco Bell with wait times, food being incorrect and even once they gave me something that wasn't even a thing on the menu! After today I will not be back. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, which half of our order we ended up asking for a refund because we were still waiting.
The pregnant girl in the drive thru window was helping herself to the Hawaiian punch from the fountain drinks. Which I don't really care about but not sure if they're supposed to be doing that.
I ordered a cantina chicken bowl, two cheese bean and rice burritos, and a chicken sandwich meal from the KFC menu. It took 30 minutes to get the chicken sandwich meal, then they told me they were out of rice so I said that's fine you can just put extra of everything else on my cantina bowl. A truck behind us ordered $105 (I know this because the girl in the drive thru was loudly complaining about it while I was at the window) worth of food and got everything they ordered before us.
The girl who had to deal with all the cars in the parking lot was sweet but this is no way to run a business. I ended up asking for a refund after we waited 45 minutes and they gave me a refund for the taco bell order, but I probably should have just asked for a full refund because the KFC order that we did get was bad. The chicken was undercooked and soggy and the fries were cold.
I ended up going to the Taco Bell in Anderson because I was really in the mood for TB. I hate that this establishment can't get its act together because it's closer, but I guess I'll just have to go elsewhere from now on.
The only reason I'm giving the service 2 stars is because the girl coming out to bring food to the cars was nice and very apologetic.
