Went there on the way from Greenville and worst ever experience in a tacobell and kfc combo they can't do anything right , they didn't have sandwiches and got chicken bowl and it was just stuff thrown together worst food ever and it was so little for 22 dollars ordered 3 and got only 2 would not recommend at all

Right after paying at the drive thru, they asked us to pull into a parking spot and they would bring our order out “shortly”. Every single car that went through the drive thru, they asked to park after paying. Not a single car got their food at the window while we waited. We waited 30-40 minutes for our food and our order was wrong. My husband went inside for the missing item and no one even acknowledged him for 10 minutes. He finally got someone’s attention and they made his missing item. We were only going 4 min down the road and when we got to where we were going, our food is ice cold, food is disgusting, taco shells are stale, we had a potato taco and the potatoes were so hard they could easily break a tooth, beans on the nachos looked as if they were made hours prior and same with the taco meat, nachos were so soggy. Don’t waste your money or time on this place. Waste of money and highly disappointed.

This was the best wxpierence I have ever seen received. There was a kid named Grayson I think was his name he was tall handsome and non chalant and gave the best Taco Bell I ever had. He also was so king respectful and friendly.

They never get a order right no matter what something is always forgotten. Weither it be sauce or a item in the bag its always something with this place. Sometimes food is okay and other times its like you sat in the sun.

I usually never make reviews on places, but this place has actually made me question why they’re still open. I mean almost all of the reviews are 1 star? The employees there (in my experience) are amazing. Always kind. However the food is horrid. They cut the portions for everything and the meat is old. I got a steak burrito, and it was nothing but tortilla and like someone coughed up a little steak on it bc they felt bad. If you go through the drive thru they make you pull into the parking lot and wait 20 minutes no matter what you order. I went through and watched as the parking lot filled up with everyone from the drive through. And after all that waiting…I was left with literally just a tortilla, and a little sneeze of questionable meat. I want to reiterate that the employees truly seemed like they were trying their best and working hard. But I took one bite of my food and thought “I really spent $30 on this?” I’ve never eaten at a Taco Bell like this. Genuinely. It sucks that this is the closest location because if they operated like the one in powdersville I’d be a big back for sure. Either they need new management, better training, or for the place to be closed down for good because it seems like they got new management and still serve the same old, skimpy portion, stale, long wait, expensive food. I’m also questioning why you have to wait so long in the parking lot for stale food🤣

You can’t make this up right? Food is always wrong. Waiting over 30 minutes for some soft tacos. Everyone always has an attitude. Locks the door an hour early to make sure they don’t have to do any work when they are supposed to close at ten. Why even keep this place open anymore? They just hire anyone for this location? At this point the rating is like a 2.5. Come on now. But I guess this place sucks that bad. And has for a couple years now.
