No stars. The girl who worked in the back used the bathroom and didnt wash her hands, thats nasty! This particular restaurant sucks. They play. Pull you up and still get wrong order. Food was not good. Don't recommend this particular one
I went in to get lunch. I actually placed a mobile order for the wrong location. Upon entering the dining room there 2 children running around barefoot. There were grapes smashed all over the floor, grape stems on the floor and a coat. Of the tables had an empty grape bag, and stems all over it and shoes under the table. I took a picture of the floor and 2 employees came over at different times questioning if I had taken pictures of the children. Which I did not. I was taking pictures of the filthy floor. When I realized I had placed an order for a different location, I went to the counter to order bc I was hungry. One of the employees kept telling to go to the place that already had my food ready. When I repeatedly told them I was fine I just wanted to order, they finally took my order. When I got my nachos, there was probably about ⅓ of the order In the box. I knew it was bc they mad about that I commented on the floor. I took it back to the counter and waited like 15 minutes for them to remake it. It was ridiculous. During my meal the 2 children continued to run around barefoot and screaming. I was afraid they were going to slip on the grapes and get hurt. Take my advice and go elsewhere. When they suggested that I leave and go to the other location, I should've left.
Food was good but waited over 10mins for it. Also an employees kid came in and was extremely loud.

I wanna say before I hop into my rant that I've never had a bad experience here food wise. However I've had an issue multiple times with the manager named Amber. I came in Thursday night with my brother to get food. Our order was taken everything was okay. Up until an employee came from the bathroom and almost immediately was being yelled and cussed at by Amber (the manager). Amber threatened to walk the employee like a dog, threatened to call the cops on employee when Amber was the aggressor. Another employee got involved and told both of them that as adults and as managers they should be acting better than what they were. After everything got sort of settled Amber proceeded to talk and rant about it Nd tell customers she had had her life threatened when she had not. And to top off when I got to counter to ask about my food she was on the phone talking about stabbing someone which I can only assume was one of thr employees involved. Cooperate needs to remove her from management before I find a way to get ahold of hr and osha
Absolute ripoff. Spent $40 on 6 of the worst tacos locos 2 drinks kids nugget. Everyone should be fired!! The quality is pitiful and was disgusting. One worker walked out and quit while I was there. Need a new manager!!!!

This Taco Bell is absolutely horrendous, took about 20 minutes for someone to even take my order when I was the only one in the store, the person who took my order was rude and I could hear them making rude comments about me in the back, and it took about 30 minutes for me to get my food, watched about 9 or 10 different orders that came after me it made, and I didn't even get a sorry for wait or anything avoid this place at all cost take your money elsewhere management needs to clean up that store and get some different employees in there.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.. First off, as I walked in the door, the Manager, Kayla, was yelling at the top of her lungs at a fellow employee, because the customer in front of me was missing food from his order and he actually came from the drive thru. Second, there was NO ONE on line so I placed my order. 4 taco Supreme and1 beef burrito Supreme. It took 16 minutes for me to get my food and I asked the guy at the counter which also took my order if 16 minutes was acceptable?? At this time, the manager had lef the drive thru window for several minutes and she was in the restroom yelling at a toddler who looked around 4 or 5 years old. Well, I took my order and unwrapped each item. All 5 items felt as if they were just removed from the refrigerator. They weren't even slightly warm. Out of disgust, I threw $16.84 in the trash. I also took photos of each Ice Cold item.
