Where to start? So basically the name of the game is they take your order then make you pull up. I’m assuming this is because like many other fast food restaurants have a timer that starts when a car pulls up and stops once it pulls away. So by pulling you up it appears that they are handling orders in a timely manner. This I don’t know for fact just assuming. Corporate if you are reading this, I can assure you they are not. Picture this it was April 22 approximately 7:35 I pull up behind a pick up truck with a trailer. They give their order I do the same then after they pay they have to pull up and wait . The lady at the window then tells me to pull up. I said I don’t know if I can get around this truck because he is next to the curve. She said well you got to pull somewhere. I pull up a little and wait . Finally she comes out with a bunch of different order and the truck pulls away. So I pull into a parking spot. I wait and wait. Then what do you know but the truck is back and he pulls up behind me . It’s very clear he is not happy by the way he jerks his truck in. Hell knows no fury like a redneck in a pick up truck scorned… or something like that. The lady comes out and give me my food and ask can she do anything els for me. I said no. I thought what did you do but give me attitude and make me wait. Well I see the trucks steps pull out and out comes a man and he calls the lady over and you can tell he is not happy about his order and they walk back to the store together. I’m then left to try to pull out of a tight parking spot with a truck right behind. I hope the man in the truck got his taco problem handled. As for me I drove home and my taco tasted bad. I took a bit then threw it away. So incase you needed another review to make you want to steer clear of this Taco Bell ( like all the other negative reviews listed here) here’s my review. Man with the pick up truck.. if you are out there I hope you got your taco order fixed. As for myself i will drive the extra mile to go to another Taco Bell because who ever thought putting a Taco Bell with a KFC was a good idea. ?

The food is Taco Bell. The wait time is 5 Star Restaurant. 45 min wait with 2 in line ahead. This place gives slow a whole new meaning. Just grab your food and go, it won't be right, but do you want to wait another 45 to get it right? Nope, you just eat whatever they decided to put in the bag. Good luck.

This place just genuinely needs to be closed down. Had to have my order corrected twice before leaving the building, then had to drive back because of more mistakes. Taco shells were also stale. Ended up getting a refund. Corporate just needs to close this location.

My family and I visit this place frequently, they're always short staffed and out of product. Every time you try to use the drive thru, they ask you to come inside to order, which defeats the entire purpose of having a drive thru. Who ever is in charge needs to have better par levels on their food items, and needs to hire more help. From someone who has worked in food for over 10 years, do better.

Coming to this location is a horrible mistake, my wife and I have NEVER had a pleasant experience here. The manager and employees seems so uninterested in being there. The experience is SO bad I truly believe they are attempting to give the costumers the worst experience possible. When I walked up to discuss the missing items from my order the manager just stared at me and walked away telling no employees to help me, just completely disinterested in their job. The food was cold and barely put together, thrown in the bag in a loose manner and just overall poorly made. If you decide to go through the drive through my God have mercy on your soul, they will ask you to park no matter how empty the store is and it will be 45 minutes before you get your food. Corporate will be notified about the horrendous experiences I have had at this location. They should clean house and start fresh, not an employee in there seems half interested in their livelihood.

This place is a joke I said I would never visit here again but I heard they were under new management and I gave it another try after years of not visiting. I ordered my food thru the drive through another huge mistake I waited over an hour time got away from me because I was in the car with my daughter and we was talking about how her day went so other cars pulled up getting their food and 30 mins of us sitting there I got asked by a worker what I had ordered they then replied what I ordered so she said they were working on it I was like ok then I looked at my recipt and I seen I been sitting there over an hour so I walk in and they said they didn't have it and completely forgot I was super upset so I finally got my food and left I will not be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They told me to park in parking lot. I have a big truck, so i parked towards. I waited 25 minutes. Went inside, and they were sitting there soggy, all 12 tacos. They couldnt find my truck. That is laziness, because as soon as you go out the side door, you could see my truck. Would not offer replacements.
