Nice restaurant/bar right downtown Pendleton. Large roof top seating area with elevator access, too.
The menu is a step above bar type food if you want more of a meal. Altho we ordered wings, fish sandwich and chili cheeseburger lol

We have been going to Raines weekly and will continue to do so. The food is great and the service is exceptional. However what keeps us coming back week after week is the personal and courteous service from a fantastic server Lilly. She is remarkable and so attentive to every detail during our dining experience.
