I had the pleasure of visiting Swamp Fox Distilling for the first time this weekend. I hope to return soon. The Grilled Pineapple mixed cocktail was absolutely divine, and the distillery is beautiful. I really appreciate the welcoming, festive atmosphere. What a great place. My "charming friend" had the Old Fashioned. So amazing. A must try if you are in Pendleton.
