Would have loved to order. But took me 20 min to tell them my order twice. Both time put on hold mid order. Then I get asked if this is for here or to go. WTF. Im in the drive thru. So we just left. good luck
Worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Don’t go unless you have 30 + minutes to wait on your food. It’s happened to me multiple times.
After 45 min wait for 8 boneless wings the one person that actually spoke to anyone in there says we are short staffed and getting ready to start your order. Right after we witnessed an employee getting off shift with bags and bags of food.
The staffing shortage and lack of people willing to work in this day an age is one thing. Put lack of communication and management is another.
