“The Pickens BK is by far the best one I’ve been to. Every time I go by they get my order right and in a quick manner. The inside is also always clean. The staff and the manager Mrs Joyce are awesome!“

“The food was delicious once we got it BUT, there was one Waitress handling bar orders and food! We waited an hour to get a glass of water, another 30 minutes to get our bar order! Food finally came out 35 minutes later and it was very good under the curcumstances. It appeared that all food orders were coming from the restaurant upstairs! The Waitress was very polite and did an AWESOME JOB! This was a Friday night, with an event at the Ampetheater only a half block away! SHAME ON THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT for putting the Waitress in this position. Please don't come back with being short handed, YOU must know that 1 Waitress can't tend bar, get orders, keep the tables serviced and keep the drinks coming! “Fast food what can I say. Burger places are just about all the same some have flame broiled some have square patties others have sauces that are quite unique. I liked Wendy's because mostly the chili well after this particular one I may have to change my opinion. I gave it a four-star because the chili wasn't as meaty as it used to be but maybe it's because they make burgers to order and they don't have as many left at the end of the day to make chili the burger was great and so were the attendance. Since it was a drive-thru I really can't say anything about the atmosphere I'm assuming that it is as good as the attendance. As for the fries that they show on TV these were not especially crispy“

We asked the staff to turn down the volume and was told corporate controlled the volume of the radio.After this morning we will not be back! Staff is great and food is delicious.
