I purchase two expensive meal at Kentucky Fried Chicken today in Pickens SC
and it was AWFUL .WE could not eat it . I will never buy meal from KFC again.

There were no employees up front when I entered an employee that was leaving had to yell to the back that they needed service up front just for me to be able to order and then even after I told the guy no gravy on my potatoes he put gravy on them and I had to have him remake it that which I would’ve let slide had it not been for the terrible atmosphere like why are your employees in the back not doing their jobs or watching for customers that’s super unprofessional

This is the worst kfc I have experienced. I done an online order and wait almost an hour for my order. They also ignore you when you go in to order. They need to close down or bring people from different stores I mean this is ridiculous.

Unless you have 30 minutes to wait, do not waste your time. Also be sure to check your order because it is very likely incorrect or missing items. Stayed away from here for over a year because of issues and the first time back was worse than ever before.

I ordered online when I got there they said they had to cook chicken an hour later they told me they couldn’t find my order when I finally got my food and went home they forgot to put some food in the bag and the chicken nuggets were not chicken nuggets they were chicken tenders tore in pieces the staff was very rude will never go back

Order on the app today order the 30 dollars bucket which supposed to be 8 peice chicken and 8 tenders at 530pm said it supposed to be ready at 555 finally got my food at 655pm and they had no white meat what so ever and ask for my money back and Manger said couldn't do it because I paid on the app and order 2 pot pies qith the order and said they only had one that I had to wait 23 minutes more because she wasn't sure if I still wanted it because they had no white meat so I ask again for the money back and she still said since I order from the app there was nothing she can do I think it crazy to pay 49.00 dollars for 4 thighs and 4 legs and 2 potpies and had to stand in there over an hour then come find out they sold out of coleslaw and they gave me cold fries I would like too talk to the head Manger and she said she was the only one there

Been bad for years but come on leaving people outside for 30 minutes while you didn’t even have what the ordered in stock to cook ???? Owner should be ashamed.
Poor service it was my second time going there and my last time bad service if u want any good service u need to keep food until you close not close the restaurant before u close I will tell u need more adult that was in the restaurant business that knows how to run a restaurant

Service is horrible, the intercom is broken, the food is never fresh, I've seen roaches, Always get told to pull up ahead my order is never ready on time. A lot of times my order isn't all there or even correct. They have bad customer service attitudes and poor cleanliness. I feel like my husband and I got ripped off. The KFC/Long John's in Pickens is disgrace

For the $37 and change that I spent in this store, my order should have been perfect. The tea should not have been sour, there should have been mashed potatoes and gravy in one of the boxes rather than fries, the fries should have been freshly cooked as should have been the spicy chicken sandwich fillet that look like it had been laying in the warmer all day. I worked at Kentucky fried Chicken, I know how chicken is supposed to look when it's freshly cooked and hasn't been laying in the warmer for 3 or 4 hours. The young woman at the drive-thru window was the only thing pleasant about this experience. My order was a five-piece tender big box with potatoes and gravy and slaw, a three-piece big box with fries and slaw, and a spicy chicken sandwich with a coleslaw. There was no coleslaw with the spicy chicken sandwich, the five piece tenders box with potatoes and gravy had fries and coleslaw instead of potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and the fry box was not even full. And the tea was rank. I don't know what has happened to KFC. But this is pretty much on par for every KFC in the area. Clemson, Seneca, and now Pickens. It's no wonder that every KFC that I see nowadays has few if any cars in the parking lot or the drive-thru line. Judging from the lack of response to any of the bad reviews here, the owner obviously does not care. Oh well, at least the young woman at this particular KFC is not rude like the people over in Seneca or the people at Clemson.
