The employees are awesome. Their on line ordering had hick ups but they were so helpful and apologetic. They are one of the hardest working crews I've seen. Shout out to Cammie,Jonathan, Mike and Miss Hiley. You Rock.

When they DO have what you want, theyre ok. The bowls are always hot and the chicken is usually hit or miss. I come to check on them sometime because now I can't rely on KFC. Its a plan B always in effect because either they're out of chicken or any sides but slaw, closed the LJS side early, or they left/closed early.

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had anywhere. Spent over $60 dollars and was missing a bunch of food. Chicken was cold and soggy. Manager hung up on me twice. Will never go this establishment again.

I haven't ate here in probably 2 years due to bad experiences back then. I tried them today, with all new people and let me tell you, my experience was amazing. The lady at the counter was polite and responsive. The guys in the back were very friendly, and even the manager was polite. They had everything in stock that I ordered, the food was amazingly good, and the service was 10 out of 10. They definitely earned my business back.

Got a to go order. The chicken was old, and over cooked and greasy. The biscuit was old and doughy. Worst KFC meal ever.
Came to this KFC with my dad to enjoy a meal together after not seeing each other for a while. First of all they only had crispy chicken which he cannot eat because of his gums. The staff did NOTHING to help. Then after waiting for 20 MINUTES, all of the staff walked outside, not coming back until being called back inside from the only worker in there. MIND YOU this worker was on his phone not even occasionally looking up. I will NOT be coming back this KFC especially with these workers!!

This is the second time they have messed my order. The first time they completely messed it up so I thought if I came inside it wouldn’t happen. No they decided to overcharge me for 3 kids meals and now they tell me I don’t know when I’ll get the refund. This is getting ridiculous. I rather go to the Seneca location then this location

Tenders combo was cold, mac&cheese looked and tasted like it was cooked a few days ago, corn was cold, asked for slaw and was told the GM didn’t order any. Asked for a name or phone number of the GM, told by “ manager” that he doesn’t keep up on that. Asked who the district Mgr was and was told he didn’t know. No lights on outside, was told GM didn’t turn them on and nobody knew how to turn them on. Drive thru speaker has not worked for 6 months. Great place to start a business!
