Friendly staff, accommodating to custom order, and fast service
Had a great experience at the Starbucks in Pickens! Our drinks were made perfectly, and everything tasted great. Connor, was incredibly kind, and the entire team was friendly and welcoming. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, our order was taken quickly, and they even told us goodbye as we left. It's the little things like that that make a place stand out. Excellent customer service from everyone. We'll definitely be back!
Regina, was the sweetest. I had ordered my drink and breakfast online and got held up at work so by the time I got to the store my order was cold. She went above and beyond and fixed me a new drink that wasn’t watered down and burrito. She did not have to do this but out of the kindness she had and seen how long this stuff had been sitting she done that. True kind customer service. Shout out to Pickens store, Regina!!!! Thank you.
