Pulled up at the drive trough today (07/26/25) @ 1:30 PM. One car in front of me, sat in line 10-15 minutes. The car behind me pulled out of line and parked to go in, which I did as well. The elderly couple still in the drive through were basically ignored! There were 2 women inside waiting on their food and I was waiting to place my order (which never happened). They couldn’t find their cook!! The place was a mess! No organization whatsoever! HOW DOES THIS PLACE STAY IN BUSINESS??? I love Long John Silvers! Again, they were only serving KFC, I was so irritated at this point I just left. They didn’t even try to take my order. It’s sad to see just how some people don’t care! Maybe the ownership will read all the negative reviews and do something about this place! If they can’t do it right, just close it!

We went out to eat here Sunday and it was horrible. The cashier was rude and it looked like no one properly cleans the place. We waited 30 or 40 minutes for our food.

The short haired pixie cut black girl ain’t professional at all. Didn’t even get to finish my order before she said the total, and she always zoning out at the window. Whoever does the training here got some explaining to do.

There's a really rude manager there named Tara.She made my cousin cry and he used to work there.He quit today because he had a anxiety attack because of her. He has delt with a lot of really bad people at other jobs and has never got like that. She almost Intentionally pushed him to have a anxiety attack and was calling him stupid repeatedly and made him do multiple jobs at once when he was still trying to learn those jobs and then called him slow and stupid. She also mumbled something about his weight under her breath because he is a bigger guy but not that big at all. She is just a horrible women that treats people horribly and I pray to God that he shows her the right way to treat people. Again her name is Tara. She has also parked in handicap spots repeatedly Despite not being handicapped in any way and with other spots open.

The food was cooked fresh and it was delicious the staff was very gracious and when they brought my food they had all the sauces I wanted with it. Idk how this place used to be to get so many 1 star reviews but I can tell you it’s not that way now! Stop in and get some Long John Silvers today.

Absolutely the worst kfc food I have ever experienced. Ordered 3 pcs got 2 pcs. Chicken was super small with no meat on the small bones. Biscuit hard as a brick. Their long johns section was closed.

I drove from EASLEY TO PICKENS for LONG JOHNS I get there at 7:45pm and the cashier states they are not serving Long John’s anymore for the night. I’m pissed bc all I wanted was a 2 fish combo and 2 hours before close they are not serving half the damn business. Then the time before that they ran out of fries. As soon as I find corporate number I’m calling bc that is effing ridiculous!

May actually be the worst restaurant in Pickens and that's saying a lot. Awful wait times in drive thru, doesn't participate in online ordering and never answers the phone so you're stuck ALWAYS waiting for food. Has a few friendly cashiers who are the best part about the restaurant but overall the service is just terrible outside of the few good employees going above and beyond while the rest are just no good.
