Love the Fish,.chicken is ok. Great to have the option of both menus. Staff is ok but place isn't very clean.

Dine in and i stood at the counter and was seen by drive through and what appeared to be the manager she look at me and never acknowledged me or to say she or someone would be with me in a moment. The drive through seems to be their only concern and not the walk in traffic. This place just goes further down every time i try to give it a go at giving it buisness . A real shame that all of our restaurants are on the downslope and no one willing to work and if they do the quality of the hired are low just bodies filling a hole.
Photo is who i was assuming is the manager who had to come out and vape and eat a piece of chicken to get a breather. I can see the frustration in her . There was only 3 people in the lobby and mostly drive through traffic as i seen. I will try the drive through.

We waited at the counter for 10 minutes. The lobby was empty and the employees were purposely avoiding eye contact with us. We walked out.

I ordered food I didn't get tarter sauce I told her I needed plenty of starter sauce l ordered wings they were hard as a brick they were way to hot sauce I had to trash

Pulled up at the drive trough today (07/26/25) @ 1:30 PM. One car in front of me, sat in line 10-15 minutes. The car behind me pulled out of line and parked to go in, which I did as well. The elderly couple still in the drive through were basically ignored! There were 2 women inside waiting on their food and I was waiting to place my order (which never happened). They couldn’t find their cook!! The place was a mess! No organization whatsoever! HOW DOES THIS PLACE STAY IN BUSINESS??? I love Long John Silvers! Again, they were only serving KFC, I was so irritated at this point I just left. They didn’t even try to take my order. It’s sad to see just how some people don’t care! Maybe the ownership will read all the negative reviews and do something about this place! If they can’t do it right, just close it!

We went out to eat here Sunday and it was horrible. The cashier was rude and it looked like no one properly cleans the place. We waited 30 or 40 minutes for our food.

The short haired pixie cut black girl ain’t professional at all. Didn’t even get to finish my order before she said the total, and she always zoning out at the window. Whoever does the training here got some explaining to do.
