Long John Silver's | KFC

May actually be the worst restaurant in Pickens and that's saying a lot. Awful wait times in drive thru, doesn't participate in online ordering and never answers the phone so you're stuck ALWAYS waiting for food. Has a few friendly cashiers who are the best part about the restaurant but overall the service is just terrible outside of the few good employees going above and beyond while the rest are just no good.

Not a good experience during this visit. Restaurant was virtually empty when I arrived. I placed my order. other people started coming in. I noticed a couple of people who came after me got their orders before me. I didn't think too much of it because I ordered a family box. Then, other people began getting impatient waiting for their food. One customer became irritated when an employee walked away in the middle of her talking. They came out stating they didn't have white meat chicken. It took 45 minutes for my order! Before they finished it, an employee came to tell me they didn't have coleslaw! How do you not have chicken and coleslaw? These are 2 very popular items at kfc & LJS. It should always remain well stocked! Not sure what was going on this evening but it was a complete cluster!

This place needs to close.they can't keep staff enough to run this place.and the customers suffer because of this. I'm not coming back.

While they may be polite/courteous, they will, invariably, ALWAYS get your order incorrect. Plus, you will also ALWAYS have to wait extra time (an addl. 10-15 minutes) for them to complete preparing your oder.

Parking: Plenty of parking, especially considering there are very few patrons here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking is almost always easily available, again, considering they have very few patrons.

Fast food is not an accurate description of this and neither is drive-thru. I used the drive-thru on Sunday morning at 11:30 which is considered "rush" time and I got parked for 10 minutes while my chicken cooked. If you want to pay too much for lousy food that you may wait to be cooked, then go elsewhere. This is indicative of the decline of customer service in America. Nobody cares and that's true here as well.

It's attached to the KFC in Pickens South Carolina. The only difference between this and KFC is Long John's was better food but the same people that were very rude when we went to KFC. I don't recommend this place at all. I'm not saying all KFC/ Long John restaurants are bad, just this one. It's the worst service at any fast food restaurant I have ever received. I highly recommend you go anywhere, just not the one in Pickens South Carolina.

This was my worst experience at Long John Silver. The fish was overcooked, hard and extremely crunchy. I had to trash it. My wait time was greater than 10 minutes so I expected better.

Don't go here they are slow and always out of food

Food was cold and a little hard. My server wasn't very attentive and the floors needed vacuumed. Table was sticky also.
The kids loved the hush puppies!!!!

Enjoyed our visit very much. There were only 3 people working on a busy after church Sunday, but the food was cooked perfectly and the 5 of us all had our different orders accurate.
