Enjoyed our visit very much. There were only 3 people working on a busy after church Sunday, but the food was cooked perfectly and the 5 of us all had our different orders accurate.

This is a KFC/LJS combinedSpeaker system out with note make selections and pull up to window.Waited 7 minutes no one came to window.Tapped on window still no answer.Parked car and went inside .Seen one guy way in the back cooking.Looked out the other entrance and the counter employees are outside talking to someone.Walked out and asked if they worked here.They both came in.The chicken was over cooked.That's enough negativity although there is more.Parking: Pickens SCLot was empty now I know why

I ordered in the app and waited for it to say it was ready....I went to the store to pick up my ready order only to find out my order gad not even been made yet! I still had to wait 20 mins for them to cook my order. The lack of readiness was not due to the store being busy with customers to serve, but due to the manager not running her shift effectively. She and the other 2 girls where busy talking to the manager's daughter and husband. I got home which is 5 mins from the store, just to have cold food and un prepared food. The chicken, fries, potatoes, mac n cheese and brownie was cold!

The food was generally good but was not as hot as usual. Also there was a general lack of the crunchy bits that have historically been a bonus to any LJS combo.The low score is for the service. The staff was friendly but the stars were lost due to the practice of trying to play games with the customer service timer. For those not in the know, many fast food lines time their customers in line from the point you order until your food is delivered. On this particular visit, we were the only people in line, no one in front at any stage, nor behind. The ordering went as expected, and we moved to the window. Payment was delivered and we received our drinks. We were then instructed to pull forward and wait at the crosswalk, still no one behind us tryinpay nor was there anyone ordering. This stops the timer and makes it appear that they were able to take the order, payment, and deliver the food in a minute or so. Great for store metrics- but it kills the entire purpose of the system which is intended to motivate speed. So, there we waited 5-10 min to get our food, nothing fancy, just a couple combo meals. When it was delivered, the young man was also very friendly.LJS is not alone in this, unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly popular at fast food restaurants to manipulate the timing metrics.

I haven't had Long John Silvers in years.It's still as good as I remember, lolGood counter service and food was out quickly, hot and crispy, Yum!

Did not rate the food as we have not been able to get any from here. We have tried twice in the past few months to eat here. The first time, they were drive thru only and had limited menu due to staffing. This past Sunday we waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no response from anyone inside. We drove to the window and waited for another few minutes before being barked at rudely by a lady from inside that she would be with us when she could and shut the window on us. We will drive to the one on Whitehorse Rd. before coming back to this one. Tired of poor service and rude staff.

Went on a Sunday. Fryers didn't work for the long john side which is why I drove to pickens and then they were out of most of the stuff I would consider eating on the chicken side. But the guy working was super friendly and great.

Ordered 2 two-piece fish meals with an extra piece of fish on each, one with fries and mac'n'cheese, one with fries and slaw.We received over-cooked fries, CHICKEN instead of fish, and cold mac'n'cheese.Plus, it took 17 minutes from order at the window, since the speaker was broken, until it was ready... This used to be a great restaurant... Not anymore
