For the third time my order was incorrect. I went through the drive thru like I normally do, but time I apologized to the cashier and told her my order had been incorrect the last 2 times so I wanted to check it. The manage came over yelling for me to pull over and check my order. I explained I didn't have time to pull over and I was instructed that the law would be called on me if I didn't pull forward. I've never been treated so badly and I still didn't get all my food and what I did get wasn't correct.

The manager Sarah is beyond disrespectful. There is always complaints as you can tell by the reviews. Sarah’s custom service skills need a lot of work. They can’t make orders correctly for anything. Corporate really needs to let Sarah at the Pickens location Go! I’m sure it could be a lot better without her

Food has always been ok. However the inside of the restaurant is filthy. The tables aren’t wiped down. The floor is a mess. Some standard of cleanliness needs to be observed.

My in-laws love to go here when in town shopping.
They don't do spicy food, but they do like the nachos and tacos. I like the chalupas.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a good ramp right up to the door for someone in a wheelchair.

Showed up at 9 o’clock on a Saturday morning to get Taco Bell breakfast and they are out of eggs. How can you be out of eggs on a Saturday morning at breakfast time without a single car in the parking lot or drive through. Management - let’s get this fixed so I can occasionally enjoy a cheap breakfast burrito. Shame.

My box was supposed to be $10., but was $14.60 the worst food I've ever got!! Tried to call and talk to the shift manager, no one answered the phone. I will try tomorrow. It's a shame that your food wasn't right or edible.
