Unfortunately, I’m picking there aren’t many options to eat. And as often as we would like to take, Taco Bell is always going to be good. The staff at this place makes it horrible. I tried to eat here a few times a week even though I order online they still managed to get the order wrong every time. And the food is always cold. Tonight I took the opportunity to go And order at the speaker, the food was still cold. I had two pieces of steak in my quesadilla and three pieces of chicken and my taco and their excuse was they were about to close so they didn’t have anything left. I still paid almost $13 for my combo. And when I tried to call the store, the manager on duty was very rude and very dismissive and told me to call corporate. Now there may not be many places to eat out in Pickens, but I can promise you I won’t be spending my money at Taco Bell anymore. It’s like the Three Stooges in there. And whoever is calling themselves a manager is a complete clown. They do not care about the customers at all. I could easily go next-door and spend my money at Zaxby’s or any other fast Food restaurant in Pickens. I hope you guys can get the store together, I really do!

Took a good 1 1/2hr nap in the drive thru then come to found out they have ZERO food after they took my order on the app AND PUT IT THROUGH. SO.. LETS CLOSE ON THE APP IF YOU’RE OUT OF FOOD???
Then I got told I couldn’t have a refund bc I have to contact corporate.

If I could give this location more stars, I would. I have visited several different taco bells across the upstate and this one by far is my absolute favorite. I get the same order every time and it has absolutely always been consistent and delicious. It is disappointing when you order something and it varies in quality each time, but this taco bell has always been consistent and I am very happy about it! The employees are also kind and I've never had to wait very long here either.

Good grief I should have gone to a sit down restaurant for faster service. How is this place so slow!? Waited 30 mins for an online order I placed well in advance. The drive up line is long…the service is slow. Boooooooo

If i could rate zero stars i would the employees are sitting here on the phone with it on speaker talking about all there drama and why are you organizing the sauces instead of making my food this place is horrible

This was by far the BEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. All of the employees were so nice and the food was great! The guy who fixed the food even told us as we were leaving that he hoped we enjoyed the food. This is so rare now a days and was quite refreshing! 10 out of 10

For the third time my order was incorrect. I went through the drive thru like I normally do, but time I apologized to the cashier and told her my order had been incorrect the last 2 times so I wanted to check it. The manage came over yelling for me to pull over and check my order. I explained I didn't have time to pull over and I was instructed that the law would be called on me if I didn't pull forward. I've never been treated so badly and I still didn't get all my food and what I did get wasn't correct.
The manager Sarah is beyond disrespectful. There is always complaints as you can tell by the reviews. Sarah’s custom service skills need a lot of work. They can’t make orders correctly for anything. Corporate really needs to let Sarah at the Pickens location Go! I’m sure it could be a lot better without her

Food has always been ok. However the inside of the restaurant is filthy. The tables aren’t wiped down. The floor is a mess. Some standard of cleanliness needs to be observed.
