Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant with a positive atmosphere. The staff are amazing, nice, considerate and thoughtful. The food is fresh and prepared to order. The restaurant values its customers. This restaurant is a great place to visit, with a friendly and hardworking team that cares about its customers. They can have good food but overall the Pickens one is trash. They can never get an order right. This is the third time that an order has been placed at the Pickens location only to come home missing at least half of the order.
