Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Every other time I go here they forget items on the loaded fries. Getting real sick of not getting what I'm paying for. Everything's fine when they actually give you what you order.

Can have good food but overall the Pickens one is trash. They can never get an order right. I go once a week and everytime something isn’t right. Need to train the employees better. And not be so incompetent.

Service is sluggish at best. The Pickens SC location was out of salad supplies. Wait times at the drive-through have increased.

The multiple times I go by here, I have NEVER had a polite curbside experience!! I go at least 3 times a week...they are simply RUDE and act like they really could careless about the customer PLEASE DO BETTER ZAXBYS!! Managers cursed me out one day bc I asked for the condiment that went with the dinner. I checked the bag but he gave me total heck when I stated I didn't have it...worst manger ever encountered as well. It's ashame a 60 yr old gets yelled at and talked to like a piece of trash. Pickens, SC please revamp.

I want a 4 fingerz with coleslaw, and got all fries, they was also out of ice.

Clemson Location is Rude but Pickens location isn’t any better she didn’t read the online order and when I asked for my tea she rolled her eyes like I ruined her day ??‍♀️ Ridiculous the way people act these days

I got the boneless wings and was told they were like nuggets, which I had a taste for. I think the 6- ish were like crumbs with a morsel of brittle chicken bits. I was very disappointed. I didn't complain because I had to get up for work at 4:30am. Also, My medicine requires food on my stomach which was not accomplished.

TERRIBLE attitude and eye rolls at 11AM on July 10th from THREE girls at the drive thru.

Went to the drive thru, not one other car in the drive thru. Was told "Give me a sec and I'll be right with you." Sat there for five minutes, while it sounded like someone was tapping on the microphone the whole time. Finally, I thought something must be wrong with the speaker, so I drove around to the window. The blue haired girl opened the window & asked if she could help me. I told nobody ever came to take my order. She said, "Yeah & I told you to give me two seconds." I knew I had nothing nice I could say; so I parked, went inside, waited in line, which I was trying to avoid by going to the drive thru.
