Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is the WORST Zaxby’s I have ever been too! The girls in the drive-thru are the rudest with no personality and the food is awful! Undercooked fries, barely any sauce on my wings, brown lettuce in a “Fresh Salad”, partial order was prepared wrong, and you’re lucky if they give you any sauce with your order, drinks barely had ice if any, ordered extra seasoning on fries, and food wasn’t barely warm when I picked up. We couldn’t even eat the whole order due to poor quality. Ordered at 6:14, Ready at 6:27, picked up at 6:29.

Wish I could post pics on here of what we received for $60. No sauces on the dipped fingers. My daughter dipped bites only had 1 dipped the rest were bare. This is unbelievable considering the cost of food now days

I went through drive thru. The car in front of me ordered catering platters, and they held up the line. I sat in line for a good 10 minutes at least before moving up. The 4 piece finger meal was good. No issues, but I ordered a Cobb salad and it is missing the egg, bacon, and onions that comes on it. Super disappointed.

What a shocker. Today sept 1st 25 we go thru the drive thru. We order a chicken fajita Quesadilla meal with sweet tea and 3 nibbles meal.getting to window was faster than usual so that was great.we get food pull over to Walmart to eat.and load and behold we ended up with a chicken ranch Quesadilla.so we looked at ticket and it was what was on it. I took it in and told them it was wrong but it was the girl taking the drive thru orders fault.they remade it.got back in car open it up and all they done was threw whatever came on the fajita on top of the ranch stuff. But wife said screw it and ate it anyways.well I opened my nibbles meal and they threw 3 pieces of chicken in box and then threw the buns on top with no zax sauce. But yet wants $15 a hr.do your dang job better before you think you deserve more.and t g e owner needs to have better hiring skills.

Curbside app doesn’t work have to go through email to say that you’re at the location that’s not the locations fault. My curbside order was brought out quite quickly, and the person who was who brought it, but the entire order was wrong, and I had to go through the drive-through give them my receipt and they had a remake more than half of my order. Kids Standing giggling and laughing and maybe have some adults there at night. What a joke.
