I ordered a sub and a pizza online. It gives me a time to pick up, says the food is being made. Great. I go to pick up my order and they know nothing about it. Can’t find any record of it. I show them my email receipt, they say it will be 15 or 20 minutes. Somehow they were able to find my order to make it after I ordered and waited 45+ minutes and then had to wait another 30 for my food to be made.
