Made a Mobil order. Drove 22 minutes to pick up food to find out they had no chicken. After talking to drive through attendant for 5 minutes we learned they need to cook more chicken and it will be a 30 minute wait for our 60 dollar order made 30 minutes ago. So a total of an hour to get food order in the mobile app.

Ordered 2 combo meals. Once we got to the window the woman informed us they had no coffee. If id known that, we wouldn't have ordered. Anyway, $15 later, one biscuit had no cheese or egg, and only 1 order of hash browns. They did give us 2 teas in place of the coffee, and the biscuits were heart shaped. But very annoyed.

Staff is consistently rude. They make you feel like a burden. I’ve never received the correct food when ordering from here. They just give me a random sandwich every time. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I love Hardee's. Love their food, but the employees are where it goes bad. Don't get me wrong, not all of them are rude. Some days you get great kind service and some days you get rude dont say a word to you service. No lie, not a word. Hand you your bag and shut the window.

Food is good but service is terrible. My husband and I went inside for lunch and the lady taking the order had an attitude. The my husband went back up there to tell them the soda machines were out and asked if we could get some coke from the drive thru machine and we were told no.

I stopped in for a quick lunch break. I ordered the bag lunch two cheese burgers. I waited 20 minutes and the lady gave the man behind me his order first. We ordered the same meal. I asked why he was served before me when I ordered first. She had no reason. I asked for my money back. The manager was on the phone and never came up front. The lady behind the counter put sandwiches in the bag and I left. The sandwiches were room temperature. I think someone should know how bad this place is right now. Tommy N Taylor

Very slow and rude staff. I ordered from the drive thru. Employee never repeated my order and just said to pull around. When I received my order, she forgot an item that I had ordered. She said I would have to pull around and order a second time. I decided to go in due to drive thru line very long. I stood at the counter to order for 15 minutes before I finally asked if someone could take my order. The drive thru person said they were busy and I would just have to wait, then the cook started being rude. 30 minutes to receive take out order? Not once was I rude.
