Food is good but service is terrible. My husband and I went inside for lunch and the lady taking the order had an attitude. The my husband went back up there to tell them the soda machines were out and asked if we could get some coke from the drive thru machine and we were told no.

I stopped in for a quick lunch break. I ordered the bag lunch two cheese burgers. I waited 20 minutes and the lady gave the man behind me his order first. We ordered the same meal. I asked why he was served before me when I ordered first. She had no reason. I asked for my money back. The manager was on the phone and never came up front. The lady behind the counter put sandwiches in the bag and I left. The sandwiches were room temperature. I think someone should know how bad this place is right now. Tommy N Taylor

Very slow and rude staff. I ordered from the drive thru. Employee never repeated my order and just said to pull around. When I received my order, she forgot an item that I had ordered. She said I would have to pull around and order a second time. I decided to go in due to drive thru line very long. I stood at the counter to order for 15 minutes before I finally asked if someone could take my order. The drive thru person said they were busy and I would just have to wait, then the cook started being rude. 30 minutes to receive take out order? Not once was I rude.

Although our family enjoys the food here, we are consistently missing items from our order. If this happened once or twice, it's an honest mistake, however every trip we make there, an item we ordered and paid for is not given to us in the bag.

It seems more likely this location does not pay a living wage and workers are surviving off our orders. Step up, Hardees. None of us (employees and customers) deserve this.

Empty lot lesson… Went to drive thru just now and was mortified by workers attitude. There were no customers, the lot was empty. The cashier was short-tempered and sarcastic. I drove around to receive the order asking her about her day. With a scowl and again, with much attitude, she sucked her teeth and replied: “Not good!” I cancelled my order uncomfortable to receive food from someone serving me in that current state of mind. I then asked to speak to management. She replied, “I am the manager!” I should have gone elsewhere as the empty lot on a Saturday afternoon was a portend. ? ?

Of course I get home and there’s a missing item I clearly paid for… not the first time and I guess they just don’t care. I tried to call the store but the phone number isn’t even working… very frustrating (the item missing was the bacon, egg and chz biscuit) $7.39

Every time I get the 2 pc chicken I never know what I'm going to be charged. The menu board says there's an upcharge for "ALL" white meat which I never order but am often charged as if I did. If I'm going to be charged that way then I'll go somewhere else. I also don't think the server should get an attitude with me just because I asked why I was charged so much and pointed out that the menu board doesn't say anything about being upcharged for asking for 1 white meat and 1 dark meat. There needs to be a consensus on what prices are across ALL shifts and ALL employees and it needs to be clear on the menu boards!!!!!!!
