Used to love this place but they’ve changed how they prepare their fries. And it’s so awful now. Feels like other stuff has also gone down too like the burgers. I hate to leave three stars bc the wait staff are great but the food just isn’t the same. Something changed over the course of this year. Idk if it’s the cooks or what.

Haven't been in awhile but have always been pleased with the food and the service. We went yesterday and were very disappointed. My wife and I both got the small shrimp and boy do I mean small when it came to the size of the shrimp. We both got the shrimp grilled and have say they were very disappointing in size and flavor. Hope this was just a one off but very disappointing.I guess this is why the place was nearly empty.

Ordered to go from here because it looked good, order my wife the 16 shrimp and shrimp and grits for myself, For $28 you would tgink the 16 shrimp would be decent size but ive got better out the frozen section at the grocery store and the shrimp and grits only have shrimp and tomatoes in it, ive eaten shrimp and grits for years and have never seen it with only tomatoes added and it wasnt good at all, needless to say another place sctached off places to eay, way overpriced for what you get

What a hidden gem this place is. The chips + queso appetizer was worth every Penny. The queso was incredible, love that it was served hot. I ordered the 244 burger with Swiss cheese and it was cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend the swish cheese it was thick and the perfect cheesiness. The French fries were nothing special. My husband ordered the BBQ Sammie and thought the Carolina Gold BBQ sauce was delicious. Will definitely be back.

This is small restaurant by the Port Royal bridge. If you sit outside you'll have a beautiful view of the water. I ordered a passion fruit mimosa and they didn't have any passion fruit. So then I ordered a drink called Mudda Mango, because the waiter said it was good and sweet. And the drink was not sweet at all. The drink was bitter, and it didn't taste good. I couldn't even finish it. Then I ordered the small fry, and it came with shrimp, fries, and a very small flounder. The tarter sauce was too watery and it did not have a good taste. The restaurant would've done better, by buying tarter sauce from the grocery store, and serving it instead. Then I ordered the fish bites and the fish needed to be cooked with seasoning. They had what looked like salt on the outside of the fish. And that did nothing for the flavor. This restaurant really needs to change their tartar sauce because it's horrible. And the ketchup tasted funny too. The ketchup had a sweet taste or something. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this restaurant, because I came there for the seafood. And the seafood wasn't good.

This restaurant is fire!!! It is such a breath of fresh air to eat at a place where you having a devoted family atmosphere. They always use different types of fresh fish. The service is unbelievable. Alexis Treats my dog Oliver Like she has known him her entire life :)) Oh, I forgot to mention how nice the view is!! Perfect place to bring a boat to!!!

Very small eating area, lots of outside tables but if inclement weather, restaurants would be full beyond capacity.
A great outdoor patio spot for solid, unique, good food. Good drinks. Good service and its very covered which is great for shade and they have a few fans for those muggy days. Only complaint are the FLIES....they are as bad as it gets, but you are literally near a marsh in summer so you get what you get. Very dog and CAT friendly!

There isn’t a better view in Beaufort area. I love the bar, and the bridge and River view. The bartenders are always great. And I hear Chandler is an excellent Server. And their fish and shrimp baskets are amazing.
