I ordered food inside and will never again do so. The building smelt like cigarettes and marijuana the workers move like they don’t have a care in the world. I’ve been here before a customer and they still got their food before me. I will not order from here again.

One employee was very sweet to my son. We were stopping in after his baseball game to get his grandad a meal before we took him home. The gentleman started a conversation with my son about his game. They had lost. Then he gave him nuggets and fries!! It made my son's night!!

Waited in the drive though line for 20 minutes just to order, waited another 10 minutes at the order station with no acknowledgement that I was there, just to be told they were not taking orders at this time. I asked if I should wait or leave. I was told "you can leave if you want to". So I left. I should have been acknowledged right away and told that instead of wasting my time with a hungry child in the vehicle. So disappointed with this McDonald's location.

I placed an order through the McDonald's app and it gets canceled 45 minutes later with no explanation. Not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I call the store and am told it is because they don't have the staff. If you can't honor the orders placed, perhaps you should close your store until you can meet demand. Especially with the ridiculous prices McDonald's charges for their food. Do better, and pay your employees more. You could probably be staffed that way.

Been waiting to order at the register for 30 minutes, manager looked my way multiple times but never came up to take my order, all the kiosk machines were closed AND on top of that, the manager then decided to say you can’t place an order inside anymore. If he said it sooner it would’ve been fine but he took close to an hour to notify me. Ridiculous service, worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been at.

I have been going to this McDonalds for years and the food is always what you expect from the franchise, the place is always clean and the staff is always pleasant even for the small amount of turnover you barely seem to notice 8ts a better than average McDonalds and quick enough for the Paris Island Recruits family members to have a quick fix on their way in and out of the PI graduation ceremony.

Waited 28 MINUTES FOR AN ONLINE ORDER! Manager on Duty gave me a vanilla shake instead of a chocolate shake like I ordered and told me that is the best she can get because "the machine makes it". Another customer was picking up a door dash order with 4 orders of 40 nuggets and asked (again the same horrible female manager on Duty 9/5/24 at 5:45PM) if the ranch sauces were in the bag. Manager's response... "Not going to lie I don't know" and promptly walked away without correcting or EVEN CHECKING THE ORDER! This location need to be shut down because the lack of service you provide MILITARY FAMILIES A MILE AWAY IS HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING! For the lazy and careless management, educate yourselves on humility and straighten up your attitudes!

Don’t order online. Bc you’ll wait 30 min. Just to get the order wrong and when you call to correct the issue they don’t answer the phone. And you can’t dispute anything on the app. So I payed for two meals I didn’t get. Great
