This McDonaldâs only saving grace is Lin! I went for a late night food run and I think I honestly waited about 15 minutes just to order and another 15 to actually get my food. The guy who took my order was sooo rude! I would say one thing and before I can even finish my sentence he would cut me off. Because of this I forgot to say one part of my order.
When I got to the window⊠the sweetest nicest girl, Lin, as soon as we drove up I mentioned that I needed to add something if that was okay with her if not then Iâll go around. She said it was fine and added it. The guy in the back taking orders looked me directly in the eyes and said âUGH DO NO TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW, just finish hers and thatâs itâ And I get it, I work in food service but if he had been patient when I was ordering I wouldnât have had to order at the window. But anyways, Lin spoke to us with kindness and patience and was apologetic for the wait. She is the only reason for this higher rating. Because the guy in the back was just throwing our food in the bag and he forgot part of our order but since this location closes at 11pm I wouldnât go back for the rest of my order

Possibly the dumbest workers Iâve seen at McDobaldâs, which is saying a lot. Gave me coke instead of Dr Pepper and Oreo instead of m&m mcflurry. Told 3 different employees from their initial order, to pay window, to food window- and they still gave me the wrong order đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł

I visited this location today, June 17th, around 2:30 PM and placed a large order to feed some of my coworkers, along with three kidsâ meals. When I got to the payment window, the employee had removed the kidsâ meals from my order. Unfortunately, I wasnât made aware of this because she never read the order back to me â she simply swiped my card and handed it back.
After that, I was directed to parking spot 1 to wait for the food. When the employee brought it out, all three Happy Meals were missing. I asked about it and was told, âshe took those off, I donât know why,â and then, âyou need to go back around the drive-through and pay again and re-order your food youâre missing.â
That kind of response is extremely disappointing. I wouldnât be writing this if it were an isolated issue, but this location has consistently fallen short on service. A district manager really needs to step in and provide some retraining. I left highly dissatisfied.
I ordered food inside and will never again do so. The building smelt like cigarettes and marijuana the workers move like they donât have a care in the world. Iâve been here before a customer and they still got their food before me. I will not order from here again.

One employee was very sweet to my son. We were stopping in after his baseball game to get his grandad a meal before we took him home. The gentleman started a conversation with my son about his game. They had lost. Then he gave him nuggets and fries!! It made my son's night!!

Waited in the drive though line for 20 minutes just to order, waited another 10 minutes at the order station with no acknowledgement that I was there, just to be told they were not taking orders at this time. I asked if I should wait or leave. I was told "you can leave if you want to". So I left. I should have been acknowledged right away and told that instead of wasting my time with a hungry child in the vehicle. So disappointed with this McDonald's location.
