Terrible service. It took 25 minutes to place order at drive thru and then the employee was rude with the manager standing right next to her and they want 20+ dollars an hour.

It took some time before someone actually came to take my order. After 15 minutes, part of my order was ready, but it was wrong. It didn't take long for the rest of my order to come out and for them to correct their mistake.

Worst McDonalds I have EVER encountered. Highly rude and very disrespectful. Can not even run their i own app. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ON THE MOBILE APP, they do not have the competency to complete your order and to get a refund takes up to 15 days!!!!

McDonald's in Shell Point is the worst by far. My children wanted chicken nuggets and fries. The fries were old and cold. The service was worse. A young lady was just standing there, no greeting or anything. Then she stayed 26.73 and closed the window. How was I to pay if the window is closed. After returning and opening the window she stayed, "pull up to 6." What is 6? If you are looking for fresh food and friendly service, this is not the place.

This has been my main mcdonald’s ever since moving here 2 years ago and it has been very good most of the time with no issues. Maybe a cold fry here or there but recently everytime i come i am with somebody and we want to go in. Doesn’t matter this location closes the doors whenever they want too sometimes when we are still in there. It takes over 20 minutes to get your food and something in the order is always wrong. Every time i order a frozen coke the cup size is different. They skimped me on my chicken nuggets last time giving me two big macs??? Something needs to change in this location. The employees are slack offs

Dude, this is the 2nd time that i got an attitude from this place. The first time I ordered thru the mobile app and the drive-thru order intercom validated, my order was here on the system. Then, a manager pointed to me that it's my fault that I should've ordered thru the app. I said I did. The lady said it's in the system. She still says it's my fault!Today, again, I ordered thru the app. The lady said to pick up the order. I said "it's mine because I have this number, and I ordered thru the mobile app." She said "you should've gone to the drive thru!" I said "it's a MOBILE ORDER APP that I ordered and chose to pick in the counter by the app." She said "it's doesn't say mobile order on the ticket. " Jesus, I get some older folks aren't tech savvy. But I'm not that kind of person who will be mad at mistakes or misunderstandings by fast food workers, because I used to be one. But these employees are defending themselves so hard to be right. I never fought back at all. All I ever got was a side of attitude, like if it's my fault. They definitely need customer service training soon. Be careful with some older employees here.

Me and my wife went inside. I will say this....the new way of using the kiosk and waiting at the counter with no human interaction is not cool in my opinion. The food was good as usual but the manager who gave us our food was the Rockstar. They were short staffed but he made sure we got our order and the interaction we did have with him was funny and made it worth the wait

Lobby closes whenever they feel like, often before 9pm. This is really frustrating when ordering via mobile for counter pick up, walking up to find out the doors are locked, having to go through the drive thru, not having the order ready and waiting for 20 mins and still not have my order correct. Asking for my receipt after stating there are missing items. This has happened multiple times to me. Besides that the food was as to be expected.Update, so while still waiting for missing items, they turn off all outside lights at 9:12pm. I placed my order at 8:42pm.Final update, finally got everything, it's 9:22pm, manager was very nice and understanding.
