Completely reserved out on a Wednesday. Wouldn't even add us to a list to wait. So happy i wasted 45 minutes driving out here. Should've listened to the bad reviews on to avoid this place.

Cocktail was great but I had to wait about 20-30 minutes to get it after the second time I ordered it. Food was decent. I would have had 2 or 3 cocktails if I thought I could get it the same night. The restaurant was only about 1/4 full and there seemed to be lots of staff but I had absolutely no idea who was waiting on me. Service was the worst I’ve had in years. No one ever asked how anything was. I eventually asked for the check from two different passing staff members over a 15 minute period and then the second guy got it and cashed me out. It was also insanely loud. I’m ok with loud but others should be prepared. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was $40 +tip for one dinner and one cocktail.

The atmosphere was fun!! It was definitely a unique place with a cool aesthetic.
Lots of food options and fun drinks on the menu.

I only gave the atmosphere a 4 ⭐ rating because the music was so loud the entire time we were there and the temperature in the restaurant was way too warm. And the bathroom only accomodates 1 per female and 1 per male. So, sometimes there was a wait.

But the staff was great! They were accommodating, answered any questions we had, management checked on us.......
We really enjoyed this new experience.

Not as Good as I expected. A little disappointing to be honest.

This place is beautiful and fun. The service was okay, but the food was the biggest disappointment. It was cool seeing the robot and gorilla at first, but after almost two hours and countless birthday songs, the novelty wore off. We ordered the Texan for Two, and after the tequila presentation, all I could taste was tequila. The food wasn’t seasoned at all, and the salsa was the only thing that had any flavor.

The waitress in our section was very nice, but not the quickest unfortunately. One table in her section had to get up and find her twice because they were waiting on their check. I also had to get someone to cash me out because she took the check but took over 5 minutes to charge my card (I get a alert) and 5 more minutes to bring it back (another lady had to bring it back). We had to ask for things multiple times. It wasn't very busy. Maybe she was having a off day.

Food is good. Drinks aren't very strong and expensive. My drink costed more than my meal.

We went here for the first time on a Sunday and they had a mariachi band and delivered all this drinks with fireworks. I’m not sure if that is a regular thing but it was SO FUN! We loved it! The food, drinks, and service were all fantastic!

We went to celebrate a birthday and we understand the bill being a bit high, (Prices can be deceiving too, and some things, can be severely overpriced, like a bucket of beer, it’s cheaper at a night club or other places in there it’s almost $50 and nice drinks are roughly $18+, also service is extremely slow) but that’s not the issue, the issue was the service fee. The waitress automatically added a service fee of $100 which honestly we wouldn’t have mind if the service was great, but the service was awful, the waitress was nowhere to be found about 98% of the time and we had to keep asking other waitresses for what we needed. The few times our waitress would come by and take our drinks orders, but would forget to submit or bring until we had to ask someone else. This place is very expensive to be having such horrible service. I have been there other times where service has been better. But this time i feel like the tip was too much and she didn’t deserved one bit, the other people did. So very disappointed this time. They need better organization or to hire more serving staff in order to meet demand. And also need to review their prices a little, there are other places similar to this kne with amazing service and food and atmosphere that the prices are more decent, but the service is 💯 worth it.

The food and atmosphere were good. Service needs work. There were 2 people maybe managers that could have pitched in and helped last night instead of walking around. Shouldn’t have to wait 15 min for chips and to place an order for drinks when the restaurant was half full. They focus more on drink presentations than service for sure.

Food was nasty. Service sucked. We waited over an hour on our food. The rest of the restaurant was completely empty except one table with 2 people at it. There was 4 workers just standing around. They had to remake my food. We waited 30 minutes after asking for our check. The only thing that was kind of good was the cheese dip and the tea.

As a group of four adults we had virtually no wait as we sat at the bar. We were promptly greeted by a friendly bartender who made us deliciously strong drinks (for the 21+ crowd). There was a wait for food, but we hardly noticed due to the entertainment provided by the dancing robot. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait! I will definitely be back to enjoy another round of drinks and merriment!

This place is an absolute vibe ! Massive drinks ,Hispanic music had the whole place bumping, bottle sparklers , oh and a few more surprises but wont ruin all the fun . I will say service is a little slow so font be in a rush when you go . We were in town for a concert and stumbled upon Catrinas by accident and wow so glade we did .

OMG! This place is a hidden gem! The food drinks and atmosphere are amazing!! Kid friendly too!! Not sure how much the bill was as my son in law paid 💙
