Went to Summers corner to see what food trucks were there on a Wednesday. Smelled the BBQ and knew I had to have some. I had half rack of ribs and sausage, wife had pulled pork over mac and cheese. Food was delicious and customer service was excellent. Highly Recommend if you see them, get you some!! Oh great cornbread also!

They had a food truck at my apartment complex and it was great! Staff was super friendly, and the food was so good. I got the brisket sandwich and my boyfriend got pulled pork over mac and cheese. The portion sizes were awesome, and the food was really really good! My boyfriend loved the Mac and cheese as well! They make cookies too, I had an iced cinnamon roll one and it was great as well. Try them out you won’t be disappointed :)

Pat is great, and his BBQ is hands down among the best in town. If you get a chance to try some, don't miss the brisket or ribs. Make sure to try the homemade BBQ sauce. The hot version packs an excellent kick.
