What a disappointment, this food had to be the worst chicken I’ve ever had from Bojangles. Spynx had better chicken, It looked like it had been sitting since lunch, the chicken supreme’s were dried up and cold and so were the fries and biscuits. I know damn well they would not serve that mess to their own family, but I had to serve it to mine?? and the fact that they charge ridiculous prices for it Is even more irritating! Do not eat here, you would be better off to go to Dodges chicken down the road. The only thing good about this place was the customer service, they were smiling as they handed me that nasty chicken!

My order has been messed up so many times that my name should be in the book for whatever they messed up the next time I order go next time tell them to look in book and I get stupid look.

Venue is dirty, restrooms were unbearable, the food was good but, I have to wonder where they got chickens so small. As an aside noticed they had no pigeons in the area. Try someplace else.

This is the worst customer service I've seen in quite a while. Never answered the intercom, so I pulled to the window. Once at the window, server refused to take my order. Circled the buildin, called or five times before active responded to wait. When the server finally acknowledged me, they were our if both items I attempted to order. None minutes is my time and I left with nothing. When I pointed out to the lady taking my order that she could have told me they were out of several items at the tube she refused to take my order instead of just telling me to circle the building. At that point she began to argue with me loudly and since I didn't feel like being disrespected further, I drive away. I want my money back got the time and gas I waited

I wasn't on the inside, ordered 1 Bo-chicken sandwich with a small fry, 2 additional grill chicken sandwich only, $28.06, on 11/15/2025 at the store in Ravenel SC, got home no receipts, the Bo chicken sandwich was a dry out pc of chicken looked as though it sat there most of the day, my daughter couldn't even eat it, if I didn't live 20 minutes away and already had a trying day I would have bought it back, I have ordered there before with the same ordered of food and the sandwiches were very good, but don't know what happen at 4pm, stop buying the chicken because the condition is always hard, half cooked. don't think I will be returning there
