I was a bit dissapointed today at Bojangles. I don't think it is the norm because I've been there many times. Lately they have been short staffed. Only one cook, one serving the drive through and one serving the counter. This means they have to prepare the food bags and plates which takes up more time, and then the poor cook, who is doing all his prep work, the cook has too do it. Food was typical fast-food. I went there for breakfast. The cashier did work with me on a special order of just an egg and bacon due to my dietary restrictions. This location was inside a gas station.

Dietary restrictions: I wouldn't eat here if you are celiac, but ok if you are not terribly worried about cross-contamination.
