Considering the fact that they don't close until 8:00 and we were there at approximately 6:00 to 6:15 p.m., we purchased some chicken tenders and a big bag special for starters the tenders were cold not much complete there because my kids like them cold anyway but when it came to the burgers they were hard as if they were sitting on the warmer bar past the whole time. The bun was hard as a rock and the meat was dried out I asked him for no onions so apparently they must have taken the onions off of a pre-made sandwich because there's no possible way for them to have made that burger with hard bread. I would strongly advise to check your food before leaving. There wasn't an issue when I returned the item it's just the fact that I don't live in ravenel, I live in Summerville so that means that I had to take a 23 mi trip back to that location just to get my money back not even within route.

Honestly, it's got nothing to do with this place. In particular, it's got something to do with the Hardy's organization when they took away the cinema raisin. Biscuit they took away the heart of the establishment. That's the reason every one of them are going to close down because y'all's number one business was old people in the morning time, and y'all lost that.

We stop at Hardee's in Ravenel mostly for the French fries! They're always 🔥 hot, are crisp and stay hot while we're travelling. Don't know how they do it, but we're glad they do!!! 👍🥰

If I could give this place a zero I would the manager was extremely rude! Waited 10 mins for her to take our order through the drive thru which didn’t happen, drove to the window for her to only tell us that she wouldn’t take our order at the window. I’m sorry you hate your job, if you don’t want to work at Hardee’s then don’t take the job! She should be fired! It’s your job to take care of customers and not to have an attitude while doing so! Definitely going to loose customers!

Ordered a small cheeseburger around 11am on my way from Savannah to Charleston. My burger patty was a leftover sausage patty from breakfast on my cheeseburger. Drove all the way back just to get a refund since it couldn’t be done remotely. No apology or compensation for my inconvenience.
Horrible hamburger buns were hard and could not be broken apart with hands let alone teeth. Left them right on the ground pretty sure the bugs and animals won't eat it either. Complete waste of money

this used to be our go to Hardee’s leaving in Charleston headed out north Florida but it’s a hit and miss game now this morning no help inside so I had to lock the door just to try to keep up absolutely horrible!
