I come to this place often in the morning because it almost my only option of drive through besides the Bojangles, I try my best to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are all so unprofessional, the young lady that works drive through seems to hate her job and takes it out on every customer that comes though like we are inconveniencing her. Starting my morning off with rude people like that is unacceptable. They need to hire better people.

Ordered a very simple order. Some how had to wait over 30 minutes for it to come out. Once I got the food, the order was wrong. I returned it and they told me they will fix it. 10 minutes later and still nothing. I went back to the register and found that they had completely forgotten about my order. After explaining the problem again, they stated they’ll start working on it. Eventually I was brought the item, not only was it still wrong but it wasn’t even what I ordered. I’m not one to leave reviews but this experience was pretty bad.

If I could rate lower than one star, I would on every aspect of this place! First I was told by the person taking my order that they didn't have hot ham and cheese. So I ordered a hamburger instead. I waited 15 minutes to get my food at which time the manager comes up and says we do have ham and cheese. So then they gave me A cold ham and cheese and a burned hamburger. The only thing good about the entire meal were hot french fries. This place was filthy and the employees look dirty, especially the cook. It was a terrible experience. $11 wasted!

Awful service. It appears they are overworked, but the attitude is unacceptable. The cashier went to the shake machine before collecting payment. I didn't know what was going on. Then, I didn't understand what she was asking me from the shake maker. She repeated it. Still didn't know what she asked. She threw her arms up in the air and walked away. She's being asked to handle many different tasks and is surely stressed, but acting rude is not the answer. The double cheeseburger wasn't hot and seemed like it was sitting around for a while. We won't be back. Hardees is not what it used to be.
Employees are very rude and disrespectful. Orders are 9x outta ten wrong. Even when placing a mobile order I never get what I ordered.

Got in line inside. Waited 20 minutes before they took my order. Another 25 minutes to get my order for 2 burgers. Workers behind the counter were constantly arguing.
