Wow- if you want to be ignored, talked about by employees and argued with- go to this Hardee’s. How is this place even still open?! You have the manager correcting employees in front of everyone in a negative way and then cashier employee arguing back and swearing. She also told the customer “that’s not what you said” when employee clearly got the simple order wrong. One cashier was just leaning on the register talking with her friend and ignoring everyone else in line and then just disappeared. Employees looked dirty and unkept. Reminds me why I never ever order from this restaurant. I won’t be back. Appears they need some good management before this place closes like the one on 61 did.

No offense i dont feel its right to make your patrons listen to complain about them inconveniencing you. If you venture inside bc they only allow cash at the window at the time, you can listen to them complain about you if you pay cash and they have to actually do their job.

The manager had no cashier till 7:30 even tho they opened at 6 am poor manager Saturday is a big breakfast day. Drive in only is not acceptable
Every time I visit Ravenel Hardee’s I say I’ll never come again. As most reviewers have mentioned, the young people working there do not want to be there and they make it perfectly clear by being as rude as possible. As owners, you should try the drive through sometime.
