The garlic crabs are delicious, however I suggest when having the seafood truck in local areas. There should be a limit on orders. If one have 10 or more orders it should be pre-ordered. I waited two hours for a dozen of crabs. Not good.

The garlic crab sauce is absolutely fantastic. The shrimp tempura is really delicious, and the red rice on the side is also recommended.

I got the garlic crab tray (they only had smalls at the time), but they were still pretty meaty to me. I also got the garlic eggs—they were cut in halves and served hot. Very tasty. The flavor was amazing. A perfect balance of seasonings. The wait was long, but worth it. I gave it a 4 stars because the service can be improved. The young lady taking orders could use a bit of tips on customer service and a lot more support and appreciation. Sweet girl (I got her to loosen up), but it appears she was overwhelmed and frustrated. With love, I think she needs a few tips and more appreciation. I trust it’ll help her fulfill the role much better. The food is too good for customers to walk in and not receive good service as well. ?

The food was AWESOME!! The things I ordered were perfectly cooked in my opinion. I stopped eating fried shrimp for the most part due to inadequate cooking and getting rubber like texture, to burnt and chewy depending on the establishment. Very pleased to be able to say shirmp is back on the menu for me from this place! I also had oysters, scallops and fish, all of which were portioned, priced fairly and perfectly cooked! For legitimately fresh seafood this was a wonderful surprise! Thank you for kind and pleasant customer service, as well as, great food!! I WILL be back!! God Bless you, your family and your staff!
