The garlic crabs are delicious, however I suggest when having the seafood truck in local areas. There should be a limit on orders. If one have 10 or more orders it should be pre-ordered. I waited two hours for a dozen of crabs. Not good.
I got the garlic crab tray (they only had smalls at the time), but they were still pretty meaty to me. I also got the garlic eggs—they were cut in halves and served hot. Very tasty. The flavor was amazing. A perfect balance of seasonings. The wait was long, but worth it. I gave it a 4 stars because the service can be improved. The food was AWESOME!! The things I ordered were perfectly cooked in my opinion. I stopped eating fried shrimp for the most part due to inadequate cooking and getting rubber like texture, to burnt and chewy depending on the establishment. Very pleased to be able to say shirmp is back on the menu for me from this place! I also had oysters, scallops and fish, all of which were portioned, priced fairly and perfectly cooked!
