It so good I drive 30mins for it. The staff are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. The ribs, chicken, and BBQ is 10/10!
This is a very good, old school style, small town bbq restaurant. Family owned and operated. The food was great as was the service. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. Location is convenient also. I live about 30-35 minutes away and I’ll go back just to eat there.

Merritt One Time BBQ is a very good, old school style, small town BBQ restaurant that is family owned and operated. The food is great and the service is great, with staff that are pleasant and attentive. The location is convenient, and many diners say they live 30‑35 minutes away and will go back just to eat there. The menu offers authentic southern, homemade BBQ, including a pulled chicken sandwich that is described as so good it should be a crime. Portions are generous, prices are low and fair, and the staff are awesome, fun and welcoming. Diners keep coming back for the half rack a ribs combo and say it is worth it and a regular spot.
