I go to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning before work to get me a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and snapping bacon warmed up she gave me the wrong order which was a regular bagel toasted with cream cheese when I wanted it strawberry cream cheese I brought it back for her to fix it, and she scraped the regular cream cheese off and put the strawberry cream cheese on it instead of just making a whole new bagel This is very distasteful!

Ordered coffee with oatmilk and they used regular cream. The tag on cup even says oatmilk. Be very careful if you have food restrictions.

I just went to this Dunkin. The woman taking my order was not listening to me and kept repeating the same thing and question to me. Very frustrating. Then she said will that be all. I said yes twice waiting for my total. She then nastily said will that be all. I said YES. Still waiting for my total. She said pull around. I said thank you to them with no response. Very rude to say the least. I come here often. It is 7/29 at 12 pm and two girls who could care less about assisting people with common decency are the reason for this negative review.

Placed an order online. They did not have the items. There was a nice lady who offered a refund however she had to ask someone to get the manger and this man rolled his eyes. The manager was not friendly.
