Placed an order online. They did not have the items. There was a nice lady who offered a refund however she had to ask someone to get the manger and this man rolled his eyes. The manager was not friendly.

When I go to any Dunkin they keep asking me if I want my change. We all work hard for are money so y wouldn’t we want are change back. Stop asking. And when we say yes they get mad and can’t even say thank u for coming. STOP

While I have been a long time fan of DD, this visit after ordering an iced latte left me in disbelief. Normally when I order my lg. iced lattes (w. little ice - because of sensitive teeth) at any different locations, they are filled to the top. Not so on this visit! I received a cup 3/4 filled. When the girl at the drive thru window showed me, then asked me "do you want more ice so it is filled"? No, I want my cup filled to the top. She said the machines are preprogrammed for measuring. HOW COME AT OTHER LOCATIONS I GET A CUP FILLED TO THE TOP WITH VERY, VERY LITTLE ICE?????? Sorry, a poor excuse and TOTAL RIPOFF. NO BUENO.
