I recently had the pleasure of picking up The Carolina Chicken Sandwich during a stay at Spinnamaker. It was absolutely delicious! We were tired and hungry and the best meal came to us!
Slap!Truck Food Truck serves delicious food that keeps people coming back. The Carolina Chicken Sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the Smash Burger, Carolina Girl chicken sandwich, and Elotes Ribs were all delicious too. The chaos gumbo was sooo good, with outstanding flavors, though not as spicy as expected. The burgers are incredible, the chicken sandwiches are flavorful, and the fries are the best you'll ever have. Everything is fried in beef tallow. The menu offers chicken, pork, and beef, all high quality and hand crafted to order. There is always something new and delicious to try, with different options and specials. The owner is very friendly and takes time to go over what he has to offer. Customer service is top notch, with orders even brought to the car. The food truck has a spot at Under The Oaks in Ridgeland. Five stars isn't enough — Slap!Truck is a 10/10 always.
