I had crab boil. Snow garlic crab legs, sausage, shrimp and corn. Butter sauce was so very amazing and delicious. Once you get a taste you can’t stop. Very fresh I recommend. Love it!

I placed an online crab order during severe winter weather when roads were unsafe. My scheduled pickup time was 4:43 PM, and my daughter arrived around 5:00 PM. She was told the order was not ready because they ran out of propane. She was given the option to wait 20 minutes or receive a refund, which is understandable — however, the way she was spoken to was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I attempted to resolve the issue by asking to speak with the owner to find a reasonable solution, but the response remained dismissive. We chose the refund option, yet the refund has still not been issued. In addition, a previous visit resulted in food that was not up to standard, and I was told I would receive a replacement tray, which did not happen. Customer service, communication, and follow-through matter just as much as the food. I hope this business improves how it handles customer concerns and refund situations.
