We were there yesterday. It was delightful! The ambiance, the whimsy, the chocolate cake & blueberry scone were delicious. Picking which teacup & saucer to use was the most difficult part of my visit. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Craig, for all you did for us.
New Update (still a fan after almost a decade): I was worried when Carol passed away that things wouldn't be as enjoyable, but lunch and high tea are just as lovely as ever. Carol had a good thing going, and her son in law who is now at the helm understands what made it so special. One of my favorite places in the midlands.

This place is an absolute jewel to Ridgeway and SC. The food is delicious and the service is phenomenal. I come here almost weekly and feel like family as soon as I step through the front door. I always laugh at the entitlement of people with the negative reviews on here. This is not a place where you go for a fast food type of experience. You come here to enjoy friendship and taking a moment out of life to enjoy it. I've been to high tea in the UK and I am used to 2-2.5...
