I spent $75 on good and they burnt my food. There was hair in my grit bowl. I had to make them make my daughter plate over cause it waa wrong then the lady tried to argue with me about the order. I am disgusted with is place. I tried to contact a manager on the phone and they have it to where you cant call in the place.

Past 3 years we stopped by late night, was told take out only, took forever. By far won't be going back. Done wasted to much of my travel time.

Not much has changed. Use to go often but stopped due to the service and the employees. Food is what you would expect from a waffle house. Service: Slow, rude, and acts as if they really don't want to be there. Then you have to sit there and listen to only the employees talking about how bad it is working there and how the management doesn't have a clue on how to manage, pay is bad, and how bad other employees are. Maybe it's just the Ridgeway waffle house but I wouldn't recommend it.

As always, waffle House fit the bill for a good hearty breakfast. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent and our waitress. Yes she had a great attitude and she was a sweetheart, but she was just too overwhelmed or not on her game but still had a wonderful time
