Cook couldn't keep track of orders and got the confused frequently, the young lady server never asked if i wanted refills on drinks, i was one of 4 customers in the restaurant and the cook forgot my order and the server after 15 minutes reminded the cook of my order. My drink was never refilled, 35 minutes later i finally got my food

Worst waffle house I've ever ate at and I travel for work so I eat at a bunch of them. The food was so salty it actually tasted spicy and the tea literally tasted like it had a cigarette dunked into it. And they had some kinda music playing loud that I couldn't understand.
I’m a longtime fan of Waffle House but it’s been a while since I’ve had a fantastic experience at Waffle House. But it happened today! We got our food in record time. I think it’s the fastest I’ve ever gotten food served and I cannot thank the staff enough for being fun to be around and making our meal so enjoyable! Way to go to waffle House, Ridgeway!

NDIDI the unit manager was great, very friendly, and Randy the cook was great, got the food right and even checked on us to see if it was good. Love this Waffle house. Their always so friendly here.

Always get the all star breakfast. Switch up either hashbrowns or cheese grits. And add pecans to my waffle. Large portion for price. This location Always smiles on face and clean restrooms.

Walked in sat down for 30 minutes no one acknowledged me I just got up and walked out. Never had to do that at a waffle house. Alot of vibes of not wanting to be at work and lazy
