Arby's has good food and is an alternative to typical fast food burger and chicken restaurants. This location is good overall. Unfortunately Arbys is not consistent and some locations are not good.
Fast, friendly service at the drive-thru. My husband's crinkle fries were made fresh but my curly fries were old and hard as rocks is my only problem so that's why I didn't give a 5

What was particularly surprising was that the establishment was not particularly busy at the time, and it would have likely taken only a few moments to rectify the situation.
