Stopped to get some lunch I went through the drive through ordered a couple sliders and a curly fry after I paid they tell me I need to pull forward and wait there wasn't anyone else in line behind me their reason was because it runs up there drive through timer. I waited 10min just to get a couple sliders. Maybe Instead of pulling me up to cheat the timer you actually get someone's order out promptly.

Fast, friendly service at the drive-thru. My husband's crinkle fries were made fresh but my curly fries were old and hard as rocks is my only problem so that's why I didn't give a 5
Please Arby's do better. When you're the only car in the drive thru and your food is cold is a bed sign. I'm not talking 5 separate fried items and they were ALL cold. Curly fries, regular friends, fried mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers and chicken tenders were ALL COLD. Unacceptable is not the word! Arby's used to be a decent establishment as fast food places go, but this one does not give a crap what they serve their customers. The sauce for the jalapeño poppers didn't even make it into the bag. So now we're talking cold dried up jalapeños poppers and nothing to help it taste better. This place is on my way home and I'm sure it's like that for a lot of folks in the area. A little consideration for the people that patron your business would be nice. This was just disrespectful to paying customers. Please next time follow the protocol and through that food out that's been sitting under that warming light all day long. Don't put it in a container sit it up on the rack and think people won't notice that it's been hours since it's been cooked. Very unpleasant experience at this establishment. Just bad! If you value your hard earned money spend your money elsewhere. Save yourself the disappointment!

Roast beef was very dry on this trip. Bought the 2 for 7 deal. Cheese sticks were good as usual. It was late night so maybe the meat sat for a while but I was disappointed. Drive thru guy was friendly and quick with my order.

I remember eating here when my sis and brother worked here in the 2000's-2010's same friendly people atmosphere and food (back home in Utica, NY I get the wagyu burger) Here I got the secret menu item the meat mountain, it was very good and worth the price.
The service is okay. Workers are friendly, but most times my fries of sometimes my sandwich is cold. A lot of times I take my order to go and I live 5 minutes away, all my food is stone cold.
