I go through the drive thru when I visit this store. The drive thru is AI. A little frustrating interacting with AI. The drive thru staff is nice and always gets my order correct.

This is the 2nd time I ordered from this Bojangles and each time I had to pull over to another space out of the drive thru to wait for my order. The first time was almost 20 minutes and the 2nd time was just as long and they had NO biscuits. My order was not complicated either time.

I have never been to a slower Bojangles. What is the point of ordering ahead if the employees aren’t even going to bother preparing the food before my arrival. They hadn’t even pulled my order slip from the printed machine. This will be my last time dining at this location. Clean up the place!!!

My husband went on October 26, 2025 at 1:30 pm to get something for lunch. The woman at the drive thru window was rude and did not bother to tell him until he got to the window that he would have to pay cash at the window and come into the restaurant to pay debit! He sat in a long line and wasn’t told any of this until he got to the window! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Bojangles on Herlong in Rock Hill, SC needs to get its stuff together!!! Being rude to customers is unacceptable!!! Bad customer service!!!

I was misleaded a sausage biscuit that’s $10 gas to the Next store and had to come back delaying what else I had put in front and all they trying to do is make people get out their line cheating the system and very inconsiderate

The food was good but the restaurant was Hot and uncomfortable. I was going to dine in but got my food to go due the the excessive warmth. Get that climate control working and we have a winner, winner, chicken dinner!

Love there blueberry biscuits, and breakfast sandwiches
Had to wait for 30 minutes on 2 orders of bo berry biscuits, 1 she said was a bundle, which I had no idea what that was. The order had to be rerung up. The waitress didn't remember that she told us to pull down to wait for her to bring the food until I backed up to ask for a refund, I was on my way to an appointment. We asked for lite icing on the biscuits, but they were very heavy with it. The person in charge didn't seem to care about what was going on. She just shut the windows and yelled at the worker. 🤷🏽♀️

No chicken breast at 5pm on a Monday (8/4/25). Charged the same for substituting two thighs. Ordered 4 tenders and only got 2. Ordered a 2 pc plate with fries and slaw and only got beans, No fries no slaw. And two pcs of the chicken was leftover from lunch. And acted like “I” was the one with something wrong. Don’t worry Bojangles, I will not be back.
