No chicken breast at 5pm on a Monday (8/4/25). Charged the same for substituting two thighs. Ordered 4 tenders and only got 2. Ordered a 2 pc plate with fries and slaw and only got beans, No fries no slaw. And two pcs of the chicken was leftover from lunch. And acted like “I” was the one with something wrong. Don’t worry Bojangles, I will not be back.

This is the most poorly ran Bojangles I’ve ever been In my life! Literally when you go into the store, all you hear is loudmouth women! It’s like they’re back there in the high school locker room or something! Took 20 minutes to get A to go order from these people! I literally had to call while I was standing in the lobby just to get management to come out and give me my order! The black woman with glasses and the big huge Weave couldn’t get off her phone long enough to help anyone! I definitely will not be back!

What a joke of an establishment rude customer service order was wrong even with ai and was told it will be about 3 mins and was asked to pull into spot #2 and was there well over 15 mins. It has to be one of the worst customer service bojangles in our area. Go down the road another 5 mins to Newport way better and friendly people

Sat in line 30 minutes waiting for food that was wrong. They asked for a receipt. Then another person came out and said it was broken and they didn’t even give us one. There was such poor service that I don’t want to go back!

Went in the drive thru. Place my order. The Mountain Dew was carbonated water. The food was not fresh. They was out of dirty rice. And it wasn't closing time. The food was slack. Was not satisfied at all. Pay to much money to have an incomplete order. My 5 piece Supreme was a 4 piece. Not good at all.
