I ordered a very large catering order online on Tuesday to be picked up on Saturday. Unfortunately, the store was not notified of the order until 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up. This amazing group made 150 pieces of chicken and 75 biscuits in 30 min! At dinner time in Saturday no less. They were great to work with even under pressure. Very clean store and Mike was great to work with. I'll definitely call my order in next time though!

Stupid ai order machine. Went here a million times before the ai order machine was there and never had a problem. Tried to get some food today and the ai machine thought we were at the order box when we were like 5 feet from is so we couldn’t talk to it. Then it said they were finding an employee to take our order. Sat there for atleast 15 minutes and nothing happened. Didn’t get food. Get rid of AI!!

I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window they told me they were out of sweet tea and did I want a substitute. Happens, but we don't drink soda so asked if I could get a refund for the difference of drink. Within 2 min they got tea from the cooler. Appreciative they got the tea but don't lie to your customers. You had it and were too lazy to get it. Food was sub par and my chicken strips were barely a crunchy finger with no chicken and fries weren't seasoned. 12/9/24

The staff is understaffed you have tons of orders and they are sitting there the girl upfront is working her tail off and can’t keep up everybody looking like they do t know what’s going on she has no help and this store is insanely packed like 20 orders sitting right now and 5 dashers waiting

The longest wait ever for biscuits if my mom didn't really want one I would of lef and the drive thru order are taken by a machine yet the line was so slow the lady at the window looked kept saying something about leaving and asked what my order was then how much my order was then said they were out of tea since morning time. Then, the biscuits were dry. One lady was nice when she came to the window and asked how my day was with a smile.
Wife stopped and ordered a two piece meal ( two breast ) knowing there’s extra cost… Got home, a leg and a thigh.. Garbage.. No one cares, there’s no accountability, there’s no effort and no appreciation for customers.. Not spending another dime w BJ. No, they weren’t busy at all.

Sadly the evening shift is lacking in customer service. I was asked to pull up to the door to wait for food. After waiting a bit someone came out to ask what I was waiting for. Going inside in the event I had to remind them again that I was waiting, I got the sense that only one was taking responsibility to fulfill my order but since she was also taking orders from the drive thru it prolonged my wait. Among others there I felt a lack of responsibility, customer care, or urgency for the sake of customer time.
We always just get the kids meal supremes because its so freaking expensive ANYWHERE you go anymore but its just enough to fill u up
The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed eating there
