Said we had to go where we had gotten the activation code from. When that was from our computer at home?? Basically threw the coupon back at me and slammed window closed. Horrible service Ethnic server needs to be trained !!!! This was part of a considerably larger order that we cancelled and went to Newport with no problem

My friend and I went here to get chicken tenders for a nice lunch, and they were out. What kind of chicken place, IS OUT OF CHICKEN. The lady taking our order was rude, and they forgot our straws. And the chicken was dry. They also didn’t put enough ice in my sweet tea so it was warm.

Went tonight in the drive tru, told me they was out of rice, and the wait was 25 minutes, so I decided to get a chicken Supreme combo. Well, everything I got was cold, biscuit, chicken, and mashed potatos. Just having to wait u expect fresh food and to get cold food is very disappointing.

My order was incorrect and I called in and had spoken with a manager, who stated I will be able to get my correct item my next visit. I went this morning to pick up my item and gave my name, because the manager told me it would be in the book. I let the cashier know, she was communicating the information with a manager on shift, the manger said there was nothing she could do if it was over 5 days old. That was so disappointing, and such a big inconvenience!! I don’t live in rock hill, nor did the manager I had spoken to that said she placed my name in a book told me that where was a 5 day time frame!!
