The young man at the drive thru is always very respectful and kind. He is quiet, but truly a wonderful person. I haven't gotten his name, but he tries to make sure my order is right when he has the time or is the one that takes the order. The young woman that took my order on the other hand had an attitude when I repeated myself because the order on the screen wasn't right. The cook(s) always mess(es) something up in my order though, it never fails. This time it was putting pickles on my husband's double whopper with cheese after I said no pickles on the whopper. Insert eye roll here. They did get my daughter's plain double stacker king right this time, but put my daughter's lg fry as half onion rings which she does not eat. It's always a hit or miss at any fast food restaurant though.

The casher was just there for a check. She didn't want to be there when you walk up what happened to welcome to Burger King can I help you. Instead she just looks at you like what. Then can you please get the order right she asked what size I said large she charge me for it. Then give me something else I told her it was wrong she it wasn't I show her the receipt and she say oh. That's it then the food was old.

Location rarely pays attention to vegan orders (puts mayo on impossible Whopper)
I bought chicken nuggets from this location. I had to go to the local urgent care 20 minutes after eating them due to food poison...they were the only food I had that day.

The new plant based Whopper might be acceptable if they didn't 'flame broil' the patty so long. Like the regular Whopper, it is cooked so long one can taste a butane like flavor which absolutely ruined the sandwich. For what they now charge, it is a shame I'm totally turned off Burger King.
