I arrived to pick up an order. There were about 6 employees and no customers on the inside and just a few cars in the drive through. I was not greeted at all even the GM Sara did not say anything. Made eye contact with everyone in there no greeting or anything. I finally asked if I needed to come behind the counter to get my order. That’s when they said oh what the name. I was literally the only non employee in there for about 5 minutes. This is unacceptable for food service....read full review
