The lady with the blue-ish teal hair was super rude and had an attitude, seemed liked she didn’t want to be there. The other guy was super nice when handing us the food. Establishment was clean and put together. Overall food and vibe was good, service wasn’t.

The food here is always delicious and the service is excellent! I dropped half my pickle tuna sandwich today sadly, it slipped away 😢 but the half I got to enjoy was amazing as always. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

Downtown Rock Hill and a neat clean dining room provides a nice atmosphere. Self service asking for a tip before food is tasted or service is given is off-putting. Food is good. A choice of bread would be nice.

Ordered a lunch for a big team placed the order at 10am for 26 people-was ready by 1215.

Food was phenomenal. First time I had Jimmy John’s and I have to say that I was not disappointed at all.

If you have a large group or you need box lunches, they do a bang up job and their cookies are kick ass.

Actually, I’m gonna stop on my way home and get one of their cookies: white chocolate chip with regular chocolate chips, but this white chocolate chip that’s also in it really really good. I’m actually rambling now.

Food was good unless you get your sub toasted. The toaster will burn it. This is not the fault of the staff. Hopefully Jimmy Johns corporate will figure out that most folks don't like their bread burnt

Terrible service!! Avoid this location!! I ordered delivery through Jimmy John’s app and they sent the delivery through Uber which is great had it actually been delivered! They were very rude about the situation and very bothered to help fix their issue - so much so she hung up on me!

This place is a hit or miss. Every time I place a delivery order I have waited over an hour each time. Order An hour or so before your lunchtime or you won’t eat. The food is good though, that’s why I keep ordering. (Tuscan Wrap with Jalapeño chips)

Manager was incredibly rude because she was too busy hanging out with her friends to do her job. Greeted me with a “what” when I walked in to get my order and said “yeah well you’re too damn early you’re going to have to wait”. She also messed up my food.

Will not be returning.

I came in for lunch Michelle was super rude!! She didn’t acknowledge me, I waited for 10 minutes before she said a word. There was no thank you for your patience or welcome in I’ll be with you in a sec. Just complete silence as she worked on previous orders.

It was a busy night during the parade. However, they didn't have napkins available without asking every time we needed one. And with a large family, only getting 2 or 3 napkins at a time wasn't working.

Who tells a walk in customer it's a 20 minute wait while you are making to go orders? Mannerism is a better way to handle the situation. Jobs hire anyone to fill a position.
