What a gem for Rock Hill, great place! Small menu and attention to detail. We've been there several times for special occasions for dinner. I'll bring business guests there for lunch and its always great! Went there tonight with my wife for our 3rd wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. We wanted to try a different restaurant for dinner in SC and stumbled around this place online. Restraint is pretty good size and mellow environment. Our waitress was Jessica and she was very attentive and made recommendations.We started we the totchos and the jalapeno glaze with it was fantastic. I had the sphagetti o's and lamb meatballs and it was a unique and tasty twist. Lastly the peanut butter pie was a sweet dessert to finish the meal. Highly recommend stopping by anytime!

I visited Kounter for what was probably the 7th time. Every time has been great, usually dinner. This time, I took my daughter for a brunch date Sunday and it was amazing! I had the Old Town (something?). It included a variety of things like a fried rib, grits, eggs, bacon, potatoes and a biscuit. The potatoes and the ribs were out of this world!
