Such good service and tasty sandwiches. I order from this location 2 to 3 times a month for lunch while at work, and have only good things to say. Today, for example, my drink wasn't included with my delivery order. The driver went right back to the store to bring a fresh drink to me right away. They understand how such good customer service keeps people coming back. ??⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered the "new BBQ ranch chicken crunch" without lettuce, tomatoes, mayo. I guess they techically made it correctly... to JJ's standards... but not according to the description or the picture... both misleading. I thought the chicken would be breaded, the sandwich would be warm, and there would a visible hint of BBQ sauce. I ate about half and then threw it out. Nope. Couldn't do it!

They messed up my order completely and it was such an easy order. Also they really just threw it together with hardly any toppings at all, I should have checked before I left but I didn't wanna be rude. It looked so bad. I told her I wanted all 3 subs with everything on it and she said just meat & chz? I clarified no everything on it, lett tomato, onions, mayo, spices, everything. And they still messed it up and gave me one extra sub I didn't order, so we just ate what they gave us since it was to go. ? I have never complained before normally they are good so Im hoping next time will be better.

I love Jimmy John's however, I went to the downtown Rock Hill location and I will never go back. There was one particular employee who was extremely rude BOTH days I was there. I thought the first time was a fluke but when, the very next day, she didn't want to give me napkins I made sure and told them I wouldn't be back. I wasn't nice about it. I'm always amazed when I walk in an establishment and I feel that I'm intruding. If I were management here I would suggest a hospitality and customer service refresher
I'm a trucker and they wouldn't deliver 2.7 miles down the road. We don't have a lot of options out here and they could care less.

Food was ok, not toasted as expected. Turned other people down because they were closing soon. Even though they had 30 minutes before closing. And this was when downtown Rock Hill was having live bands, catering carts, and I think food truck Friday.
