My husband went in to order food just after 5 o’clock with only one car in the drive-thru, meaning he was literally one of two customers. He ended up leaving close to 6 o’clock with no food at all. There were at least seven employees clearly visible, yet they still had people waiting almost an hour. In that time, about five customers came in after him, and somehow one person who ordered after us actually received their food. Completely unacceptable. We’ve never experienced anything like this. Around the 30-minute mark, the other customers understandably started getting frustrated and asking what was going on. Even the person stuck in the drive-thru came inside. The manager claimed they were “understaffed,” which makes no sense when you have seven people on shift. I’ve worked in food service with far fewer employees and we would never leave customers waiting like that. Our order receipt was time-stamped 5:07 PM. We asked for a refund at 5:40 PM, yet the refund receipt says 5:47 PM. They even made us wait almost 10 minutes just for a refund. The whole time, the worker kept saying “just a few more minutes,” which was clearly not true. This wasn’t a simple delay. It was a different level of disrespect and bottom-tier customer service. And this isn’t an isolated incident. The reviews for this location have plummeted over the last several months, all mentioning the same issues. Nothing is being fixed, and it’s obvious management has no plan to improve anything. We also reached out through “KFC Listens” and got a generic “sorry” response. This place clearly doesn’t know how to run a business or treat customers with basic respect. Honestly, it either needs a complete overhaul or needs to shut down and allow a business that actually cares about its customers to take its place.

They make every car pull up after you pay then get snappy when you finally go inside almost 15 min later simply to ask for your order. The food wasnt old however it wasnt fresh either so it made no sense to why it took so long. Never going back there.

Visiting From out of town. Got a couple pot pies...hardly any filling! (Still hungry after eating...and I'm a light weight!) Got a tea and a sprite...tea was fermented (not a good sign of a clean tea urn) switched for another sprite...got a few miles down the road, took a drink...CARBONATED WATER! Drove all the way back for replacements...had to get something else. Girl at the window super nice. Don't think I would bother visiting here again.

This place is disgusting. The food is horrible and people never get your order right. Ordered chicken livers and it was rotten. The people working there don't care. If you don't want to be there and show then why you there. Manager is rude and don't care. This place use to be really good and now it's just a disgrace and disgusting. It's nasty and stinks. Bathrooms are always dirty. These employees just don't care and neither does the management. Will NEVER go back. This place just needs to shut down. PERIOD GROSS
Ordered 3 separate meals,paid for upgrades. Total disaster even after telling them 3 times orders were not correct. Gave up and took it home.

Manager on duty was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. She was walking around with a sucker in her mouth while cooking. Refused to accommodate our request to put chicken livers in a box that doesn't have wax lining. Tried to charge $5 for just the bowl we usually pay 1 or 2 for the bowl. She yelled at fellow employee in a wheelchair. She yelled at my husband and accused him of taking a picture on his phone. He was in fact texting me to let me know about the bowl. All of this occurred in front of our autistic son triggering a meltdown when he got to the car. She continued to yell to coworkers until my husband stood up to get our food. We couldn't speak to anyone else as she was the manager. This is the worst KFC experience we've ever had. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of the behavior of the manager.

Never again will I eat at this location. I ordered a 8 piece bucket meal and paid a upcharge to ensure I only got legs, wings, and breasts plus 2 extra legs. When I returned to the hotel room I only had 7 pieces of chicken in my buckets and over half was thighs which we do not eat. I called the manager and she proceeded arguing with me and being ignorant to me to the point I finally hung up on her. I've never been talked to like she did. Wish I could give them 0 stars all the way across the board. Dirty building and not busy at all and they was sitting on the counters doing nothing.
