Ordered here from DoorDash and our Dasher communicated with us that he was still waiting for our food INSIDE after 40 minutes. There is simply no excuse for this. We never got the order because once our Dasher got the order, he cancelled because he probably got compensated more for cancelling the order because of wait time than delivering it.

When I started to order, I was interrupted, which, I think, made it so that the gal taking my order wasn’t even listening she was anticipating what I was going to order. I ordered a four piece meal extra crispy with an extra side of coleslaw. When I got to the window, she told me they were all out of original recipe and would crispy be OK no said crispy is actually what I ordered.When I got to my motel room to eat, there were no napkins. There were no utensils to eat the potatoes with I did not get the extra side. I ended up eating my potatoes with the lid of the container that they came in. Overall, a terrible experience.

If you have time to waste, eat here. You can order ONE piece of chicken, and you will still be asked to "pull forward and wait." I kid you not. How is that possible when you're at a restaurant that serves nothing but chicken??? The worst possible customer service. They forget you're even waiting. Horrible.
