Went thru the drive thru to grab some HOT donuts but that was not the case bc they weren’t hot at all. I haven’t had Krispy Kreme in probably 3 years but remember loving them hot but this time I’m very disappointed. They also had me wait in pouring rain with my window down at order screen even though there was not a single person in line. A little frustrating bc I can’t roll. Y window up bc I won’t hear them so I had to sit there using napkins to try and keep my car...

The guy was nice but the donuts were not fresh. A little hard and not enough chocolate icing in the chocolate iced cream filled. They were out of raspberry but didn’t put a sign on the board to let customers know.

The donuts are always great but the cinnamon rolls are NOT good at all. The picture looks appetizing but what you get are hard, chewy, and bitter lumps of cinnamon grossness. Not edible. I was disappointed and they denied my money back.
