My father order a pan pizza, pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust and two Pepsi and he ordered it delivered thur Pizza Hut website and a door dasher delivered it, our two Pepsi where missing, the dasher told us he picked up everything we ordered from the restaurant and they told him there was nothing else, now we’re mad cause that Pizza Hut is telling us there’s nothing they can do, this is ridiculous no wonder y’all losing customers left and right the service at this Pizza Hut is absolutely terrible FIX IT NOW😡

Tonight we made our normal Pizza Hut order, an we have been served excellent pizza, we orer every friday and todays pizzt ,🤣was not the best we have had since last week, however Natasha helped us out so much she got the copy of the receipt and fixed it right away and she didn't good the,, ,,,30 day meds and er had s great laugh at the end of the call it was great from start to finish... At last someone who listene and hered you

Very disappointing. I had a promotional code for a buy a large pizza and get one for equal or lesser value for free. I ordered 3 large pizzas, 10-piece breadsticks, and an order of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. The pan pizzas looked like hand tossed. I was charged additional for the pan style pizzas. The bread sticks were served to me in a solid block and I was told they were "pull-apart.". If that is the case, why were they advertised as 10 piece? I received 9 pieces of pepperoni on a large 8-cut pizza. This was a 3 topping pizza with bacon and pineapple as well. The pizza was undercooked and very disappointing. The associate at the counter was not very pleasant. I would not go back or recommend this establishment.

Please check your receipts when you go to this location on herlong. I went there three days ago and spent $22.19 and they charged me $44.58. So when I called up there the next day and spoke to the manager she was very rude and told me it was my bank that charged me twice. Me being simple minded called my bank and my bank say no ma’am we did not charge you twice that was Pizza Hut that charged you twice. So when I tried to call Pizza Hut back I was on hold for eight minutes. I finally hung up and called the 800 number. Well guess what? You can’t even call the 800 number. The 800 number wants you to leave an email. So that’s what I did. Well the email said someone from pizza will call me. Three days later no phone call from nobody. Oh and no refund as well so not only did they charge me twice no one has called me back to correct the issue. I’ve emailed the news people and if I don’t hear anything from them I will have to get a lawyer involved all over $22.19. What a shame Pizza Hut. Welp dominos for the win. Someone please let me know how to post pics so I can show y’all the receipts of the over charge and how long I was on hold for please. P S update come to find out, they gave themselves a $22. 58 tip. That’s why I thought I was charged twice for the meal itself. Nope I guess they didn’t like the $1.00 I gave them, so they switched the $1 tip to $22.58 which is called stealing. Oh is channel 9 news gonna have a ball with this one. 🥰 Another update 01-25-2025 the email that’s in this response is bogus and still no answer from Pizza Hut. No refund, no phone call no nothing. I’ve emailed several times and called the store several times for them to make this right. Still nothing. Y’all please be careful when using a card for this Pizza Hut location. I ordered some cheesy bread sticks along with some fries and a drink my order came out to be almost $20 tell me why when I got home I only had about 13 fries and it looks like someone sprinkled oregano all over my pizza I mean they smothered it also my cheesy bread sticks was nothing but seemed like bread dry without hardly any cheese and they burned it sooooo I'm taking it back tomorrow for a refund I didn't and couldn't eat it I see why I switched years ag and everyone is switching to Domino's pizza pizza hut died out back in the 90's
