If I could go lowet I would ordered two combo meals dude rang up a different combo then I ordered after I told him it 3 times and my receipt says my order was taken at 3:15 I ain't get my order till 4:05pm said I had to wait for them to make biscuits while my food sat bagged up on the counter for 40 mins worst ever
I came through here because I was craving red beans and rice.
I live 30 minutes away so I didnt check until getting home (because im about to eat). No red beans and rice but I have an order of French fries😭😭
Tried calling but to no avail.
I came to this location to get hubby lunch, I should have known something wasn’t right when I pulled into this location it looked deserted maybe three cars in the parking lot grass overgrown I go to the drive-through at 11:30 and the lady say I’m sorry we’re closed but it said on the website that y’all open up at 11 AM so I asked her what time will y’all be open and she said I’m not sure we are switching businesses over so if you’re switching business it should not say that it’s open on the website. It should say temporarily close so I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but avoid it at all costs. You will save a lot of time and headache. Gas is too high for the BS.

Needs a bad overhaul , employees and food, doesn't make any sense for the prices. Someone needs to call the health department and train for better customer service.

Came in today ordered two surf and turf boxes with fries and a side of fried pickles. The entire meal was cold. Not fresh at all and fired and pickles soft and mushy. I tried calling both stores and could not get an answer from either. Saying voicemail as well is full. 🤦🏻♀️
I see a response, but when I reached an associate, I was told a manager would call mw back from the cherry rd location. Why is saying im sorry so much easier than actually 😔 fixing anything.
Went through drive thru placed our order and the young lady had difficulties answering questions. Placed our order and was given our bags only to realize two of our chicken sandwiches were not in the bag. Got home and realized we were missing our Mac n cheese. Come on man can we get this right where customers should have to check their bags before pulling off.

I went to the drive thru, normally I don't have issues with them but today was not there day and it wasn't mind either when this happened. So I ordered a 8pc tender family meal with mashed potatoes with no gravy and when I paid it comes out to be $35 when it should be around $29 or so. When I got the receipt, the young girl had literally rung up everything separated. So I don't know if she's new to the job or what, also she was literally holding a baby couldn't be more than 2 years old. And that baby was literally running around the restaurant throwing stuff on the floor and the coworkers are really picking it up putting it back on the counters like it's not touch the floor or something when it clearly has. And the guy that helped us out which he I'm assuming was a manager couldn't get us a refund until the orders were stopped because apparently their system can't be refund while there's multiple orders going on. So my services here to this restaurant will no longer be welcomed because I'm refusing to go back. In the food we had we literally just throw it away and got something else

Came here because I order a number one classic with Mac n cheese instead of fries, the lady on the speaker repeats it and we say yes, then gives me fries instead. When I go back through for them to correct their mistake they wanted to charge me an additional $4.35 on top of my 10$ meal because they screwed up! I will be escalating to corporate first thing in the morning!

Driving through on our way home to NC. Went in to order food. Young lady sitting in the lobby. She gets to register I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches meals to go. Meantime I use the restroom. Restroom definitely needs attention. No toilet paper, hair in and around the sink. I come out and she’s just standing there with my order at the counter. She didn’t say a word. I said this is mine? She replies yes and I said thank you. My husband and I took one bite of our sandwich and it was rubbery and old. Yuck!! So said to see a pretty new establishment not being taking care of by employees. All I can hear is “ if you have time to lean, you have time to clean!” #millennial #gottodobetter

My number one got to fast food fried chicken 🍗 spot. Favorite dish is the red beans and rice. Brings me back to my days in Pascaglula Mississippi in the 90s.
