The Starbucks on Herlong Ave has terrible service. We just wanted a regular Pike Place brew... no frills. After 20 min wait, we asked about our order and were told that they ran out of brewed coffee (11:30 AM!). Oh, but she can ‘brew some quickly in about 5 minutes... terrible service.... how do you not brew coffee as soon as you run out... it is a coffee shop for goodness sake!
Drive through line is unbearably long at this location. Two times I have waited almost 30 minutes to get through the line. One time I had to leave because I would have been late to work. One other time I had to leave the line and come inside. Slowest starbucks service I've ever received.
Jim is the best! He goes the extra mile every day!
