This is one of the better Dunkin' Donut locations I've been too. Plenty of space to wait while ordering. Everything was clean and fresh and the staff were kind and helpful even while taking care of multiple drive thru and mobile orders.
Ordered 2 drinks for mobile pickup. My wifes drink had no coffee in it, just oat milk and the flavorings/ foam. Possibly a new employee mistake, but very understaffed for a Sunday around 2 pm. Only one drink ready when pulling up (the no coffee drink) and the matcha took awhile to be made. Could just be a one off though. Everyone deserves a chance to make mistakes and learn from them.

Dunkin' is a busy restaurant with a quick turnaround in orders, even during peak hours. The staff works diligently to get orders out, although occasional mistakes, such as forgetting cheese on a sandwich, can occur. Despite this, the in-store service is friendly and patient, with orders made correctly and quickly. The store is clean, including the restroom, and parking can be limited, but the turnover is fast. Some parking spots are located behind and next to the building, although they are less convenient to access. One staff member in particular, a young man working drive-thru, is particularly pleasant.
