I will never eat at this subway no more my food was not hot it was cold
worst location in Rock Hill, area. I had to leave a review after they messed up my order two times IN TWO DAYS! my first order was a DoorDash- although I promised myself not to DoorDash because I'm a DoorDasher myself and I know how bad, grimy and unprofessional these DoorDashers are! I gave it a chance. well I did two combos with drinks and chips. my dasher delivered it but luckily I ran into him at the door because he forgot my drinks, ofcourse- my point about these dashers, and he didn't offer to go back and get them. just said "sorry". but in this situation both parties are at fault. It's also the restaurants responsibility to make sure their customer has their items. I called the restaurant to let them know I'm missing my drinks and immediately the employee blamed the driver. I didn't call for a blaming conversation. I explained how I'm a dasher and we can't be blaming others when both parties are at fault and need to take responsibility. I asked if I could get a refund on my drinks and he said they don't do refunds? -which is a lie, but then had the audacity to tell me to go down and get the drinks. Luckily I'm right down the street. Came down there said what I needed to say to him and left. I should have grabbed more than one drink for the bad service.
I ordered again, the next evening, this time I chose to pick it up. First thing I notice was the cookie I ordered was missing from the bag, I had to ask for that. Their already screwing up. When we got home my 6 year old son couldn't eat his sub because they served him rock hard meatballs that were burnt and definitely not renewed. as their supposed to switch them out. My advice to y'all, you've been warned already, but if you decide to order here and they messed your order up, don't let them lie to you and don't put up with their crap. They got workers that are incapable of making a sandwich and mentally processing your order receipt. they need training and someone over looking them. Definitely a new manager.
First, we walked in and the manager was rude, she kept speaking rudely, and I asked her why every time I come to the subway, you are typically here and you are always rude. I guess it upset her that I wanted to know why she was like that, and after my order, I went to sit down, and I noticed the sitting area. The dining area was so filthy in the corner by the drink machine food all on the floor food on the chairs, food all on the table handprints it was disgusting, I went to take pictures of that because this is something you should show to corporate. She stated if you are going to report my store to corporate then you need to leave now, I do not want you in here and asked me to leave and I said I haven’t done anythe thing to not be able to sit here and enjoy my meal on the floors and the tables and how nasty it was.

1 star only because it's the only way I could write a review. Will NOT go here again. Ordered online, went in and over to pickup, and the only bag there was on the A-H shelf, so I didn't even bother looking at name. Waited in line, all the while watching the gentleman making sandwiches and ringing people up NEVER CHANGE HIS GLOVES ONCE after touching food, then the register and back again. When I got to the counter, told her it was an online order, immediately was asked was it for east or west main. Confirmed west, then they went over, the bag on the shelf was in fact mine, and he snidely says the names are on them. And the woman says well we just put them there. I replied well it's on the wrong shelf, so why would I have looked. What is the sense of having marked shelves if you aren't going to utilize???
Lady was kinda and friendly , food was subway standard. Not very clean though. Corners corners corners. Details are important
